  Tv didn’t work in my room so I had to switch rooms at 10 pm with a baby, THEN both rooms that I was in I noticed bugs. Also very upset about the kitty pool not working this is the 3rd hotel I’ve been at and pool doesn’t work.

  Rooms are large, staff is amazing. Miss Fanny has been a gem to our team, extremely helpful and gracious.

  Dirty and falling apart. The door to our room was not a proper fire door. There was a giant gap at the bottom, hall lights came in. Did not feel safe! It was loud and hard to sleep. No food near by at all! The place is poorly maintained. You should be ashamed. I would expect this kind of negligence at a dive motel! Not a Holiday inn! Wish I could have stayed somewhere else!

  Booked this hotel for the 1ft pool because my son is 4 & loves the water. Hotel was clean check is was easy & quick . Upon me returning from the car to bring in our things front desk lady has a nasty attitude about us bringing in a 1/4 sheet cake as a small family of 4 no decoration just swim suits , cake & pajamas for a 1 night stay. All my son wanted to do was swim & eat cake. I was stopped immediately as if we were throwing a party & that’s not the case. We don’t need the room if we would have to go back home to sing happy birthday with the cake! Hotel should definitely allow cake inside it’s not like the room is free we paid for it & the cake. Just ruined my sons whole birthday he is very sad. Won’t be booking again! I’d rather spend that 125$ on day passes at the dells.
