Rooms were ok pretty clean.. spectrum tv is hard to operate and air conditioners loud… service was rated low because we ran out of soap in the shower and lotion.. specially asked for more and containers were not refilled… we did like the fact that they used Dove. Mike at the check in desk was wonderful always trying to make our stay enjoyable and the cook Ray did a great job of fixing the food when we had requests

We stayed here for 4 nights for business. We had no issues and shout outs to Mike at front desk and Ray the breakfast cook who both went above and beyond. Only issue is that their TV’s in the rooms are very hard to use. If you are not familiar with Spectrum TV and how it works, you will never get on the TV in the room

Rooms were very clean but the only downside was the air conditioner was a little loud. Mike at the front desk was very nice and was happy to please. Ray the chef made our trip! Wonderful man with the biggest smile in the world. Always tried to please us with breakfast and came to see if we were satisfied. I never had that at a hotel stay! I love these people and would definitely come back! Thanks again! Dan Smith

This hotel was great! The room was very large, accommodating, and clean. Also, customer service was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Just trying to get some sleep and they started testing the fire alarms in my room at 7 in the morning. I called down and the reception told me they didn't know I was still in my room and they would tell maintenence to avoid my room until I checked out. They kept setting it off anyway. I talked to my dad and my room was the only one we knew of they were testing it on. After trying to call down to the front desk several times. The person final picked up when I told them it was still going off. They told me DIFFERENT information that they were testing the whole building and that there was nothing they could do. Glad that when I visit they couldn't inform me in advance or do anything about the fact has impacted my ability to stay in the room that was booked.
