  Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential, but even our pretty middle of the road expectations were disappointed. I will say everyone we encountered at the front desk was helpful and friendly, service is not an issue. The rooms are fairly unvacuumed, the shower could be a good bit cleaner, the soap bottles were not filled and falling out of their holder, the couch in the room is *questionably* stained, and the breakfast (biscuits are delicious) was pretty much completely empty which was disappointing, so make sure you go before the last hour, don’t sleep in. All in all, it was a nice night’s sleep but like other reviews mentioned it’s not in great shape, also yes the gaps under the doors are huge.

  I stay here almost weekly and it is one of the better hotels in the Milwaukee area! The rooms are clean, very large and the staff is amazing. It is my go to place when I am in Milwaukee. Riya at the front desk is amazing to work with! - she is very friendly, accommodating and makes checking in and out very easy with large reservations.I’ve stay at quite a few hotels over the years and her customer service is by far the best! Overall,Highly recommended staying here.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was a great experience. A special thank you to Riya at the front desk for her excellent service. She was always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and she made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. Her positive attitude and genuine care made me feel valued as a guest. I truly appreciate her hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to visiting again.

  I stayed at this hotel for almost a week, and it was a great experience. Riya on the night shift was outstanding, professional, and very quick to help with anything I needed. She made sure breakfast was ready on time every morning, which was very helpful since I had to leave early for work, and the coffee was always fresh. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service .

  The AC was leaking, which made it pretty humid and stuffy in the room. But the breakfast was opened on time! Looks like it was recently renovated but it's just not as nice as what I would expect
