  so I got an accessible room I almost fell 9 times' cause the floor was slippery Mold in the shower hair in the shower blood on the Toilet No bed bugs but there were possible gunshots(It sounded like there was) And because I'm in a wheelchair This dude in a cybertruck THAT WAS IN THE GODDDAM Parking spot with no placard which should be a $300 fine We reported it to the front desk They did nothing so we call the cops And report the Dude Safety zero stars Service 0 Rooms 0 because I almost fell So to sum it all up I would rather lay down on Cardboard Me and my family of 20 are never coming here again Run while you still can

  Very disappointing, NO WAY a 4 star! More like a 2 star. Room dingy and issues with the bathroom. Hallway smelled strange. Air conditioner wouldn’t stay on- the fan kept shutting off even when I put it on constant. Shuttle to airport in the morning- driver just pulled up and waited outside- drivers always come into the hotel greet you then take your bags. (I have been yelled at for just going out to get on a hotel shuttle before- this time they yelled at me because I didn’t). Not customer service orientated not friendly. He didn’t even say hello or good morning. If my work books me here again I will change the reservation to a better hotel. I’m NOT staying there again.

  I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. I booked this Crowne Plaza because I trusted the brand and selected it based on the amenities advertised online. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because the listing stated that breakfast was included. However, after checking in, I was informed that breakfast was actually an additional charge. Not only was this frustrating, but the so-called "buffet" consisted mainly of pancakes, cereal, pastries, and eggs, with no breakfast meats and nothing that justified the extra cost. I have received better complimentary breakfasts at budget hotels. The hotel is not accurately represented online. The property is poorly maintained, with cracked flooring, peeling wallpaper, damaged furniture, and signs of neglect throughout. My room was unacceptable upon arrival. I found hair on the shower dispensers, residue left behind by previous guests, mold above the shower, empty shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, a broken shower diverter, and a broken toilet paper holder. The Keurig coffee maker in the room was also broken, making yet another advertised amenity unavailable. These are basic cleanliness and maintenance issues that should never exist at a hotel charging premium rates. The pricing throughout the hotel was outrageous. Charging approximately $8 for a bottle of water and $7 for a cup of coffee is difficult to justify when the property's condition is so poor. There wasn't even complimentary coffee available despite the impression given by the hotel's advertising. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that I booked this trip after losing my mother in February. I stayed from Wednesday through Sunday hoping to relax, recharge, and get away for a few days. Instead, I spent my stay dealing with one frustration after another. The hotel fell far short of the experience that was advertised and completely failed to provide the comfort, quality, and value I expected. In my opinion, this property is being advertised in a way that does not reflect the actual guest experience. Had I known the true condition of the hotel and the reality of the amenities offered, I would have stayed elsewhere. Save your money and choose another hotel. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I left feeling misled, frustrated, disappointed, and convinced that this property falls well below the standards guests should expect from a Crowne Plaza or any hotel charging these rates.

  The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, and has ample free parking. The room was available an hour before check-in time, and they allowed us to check out at noon as our flight was later in the day. However, the room was dismal and tired. There was a separate living area with a sofa bed for my daughter, but despite that, the room was very congested. The sink was outside in the room and not in the bathroom, which I hate. The carpet was old and actually kind of damp for some reason. The air conditioning and the bed were quite comfortable though. The breakfast was standard fare, what one would expect at 2-3 star hotels. I hadn't included the breakfast in the room fare, but I was able to go down and have breakfast for $12, which is a pretty good price.

  I wasn’t told the pool was out of service until AFTER my booking was completed. When I tried to cancel because of that, I was told I’d still be charged for one night, so I reluctantly stayed. Then we get up to the room after 10 PM and our keys don’t work. We sat in the hallway for about 30 minutes waiting for maintenance to come fix the door, along with several other guests having the exact same problem. Both nights there were wedding parties at the restaurant taking up most of the parking. Kids were running all over the parking lot, and groups were crowded around the main entrance dancing and singing, making it difficult for hotel guests to even get in and out of the building. The entire experience was frustrating from beginning to end. This absolutely did not feel like the standard I expect from a Crowne Plaza, and it was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at an IHG hotel. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else. I would not recommend this hotel.
