The hotel was very clean and the amenities were nice as well. However during my stay I was in a verbal argument with the kitchen staff. I was throwing away my trash and the lunch lady was upset because of it not having a bag. It was early morning breakfast time so I was just getting coffee not really paying attention and when I apologized she continued to complain and make comments about my intelligence. This is totally unacceptable and I asked for the hotel to contact me about the matter (which they have not). I would have at least appreciated a call to even attempt to resolve the situation.

Do not stay here. Or if you do, do not stay for an extended time. They won't clean the room if you are thede past 2 day, they absolutely will not change the bedding and when you ask them to ? They will hand you the sheets and tell you to do it yourself. They had not changed my sheets in almost 2 weeks, I happened to catch them in the room next to mine as I was leaving and they told me " we arent cleaning your room, here's some sheets" WHAT!?!?! ok I guess. And then when you call to tell them your neighbors are yelling and throwing things (every night first 2 weeks) at 1 or 2 in the morning? They will say ok we will handle it and then EVERYTIME tell you " sorry they aren't answering theor phone" so then go to the riom and tell them to hush or kick them out!
Oh ya if ubwant a clean room when u first get to your room ? Ya dont expect this place.
Best thing about this place is leaving.

The room was good itself but the TV had no Netflix or Tubi only live and the bed had me breaking out the curtains were way to dark the pillows on the bed and the bed itself felt flatted so I didn’t get a good rest and so many flys around, they should have more toilet paper rolls instead of 1 the trash smelled like dog poop the shower looks like it has mold and the lights were too dark plus the charger plug didn’t even work it was too Wobble that entire room needs to be fixed I really liked the service, pool, and food very nice people but I won’t be back in room 150 again.

Coming here to leave a review since Expedia won't let me update mine. DO NOT BOOK HERE. 1. The property is in a sketchy industrial area. 2. When we pulled up there were people playing music and grilling in front of the hotel. 3. The entire property is dark, dank and gross, from the lobby to the room. 4. The elevator is located in a very inconvenient part of the building. The entire place felt like it was covered in a layer of grime. This was my first time "staying" at a Best Western and it is very much my last. We literally checked in, I told my daughter that we'd only stay 1/3 nights and find a new hotel in the morning but she didn't feel safe so I returned the room keys and called Expedia about my concerns and asked for a refund since I booked through them. Apparently the property kept giving Expedia the run around so I will not be getting any of the $454 back. I hope Expedia removes them because the place was gross and obviously not pleasant to work with. All in all, if I could give them zero stars I would. If you want to Extended Stay or Microtel vibes with inflated prices this place is for you. Only Hilton for me going forward because they have consistency across their hotels. I hope I can get a full refund or a partial refund but either way, I have been and will be telling everyone I know not to book at a Best Western. $454 is not chump change in this economy. Having a clean and safe hotel can make or break a vacation and I'm grateful that Hilton had my back in a pinch.

After traveling 15 hours from Mississippi we checked into the hotel and within a hour of checking in the room would not get cold it was very hot to the point to where we were sweating. We called front desk and asked for a different room or a fan and they said we could move to a different room the next morning it was nothing they could do at the moment then they stated all rooms were booked up after we stated the baby had asthma and it was no way we could sleep in that hot room. They would not switch the rooms for us so we asked for our money back, they would not give us our money back they refused me refused they argued back and forth about OUR money that we paid. They stated it was nothing that could be done until their manager got there in the morning. We suffered and slept in that hot room the next morning came and the manager still would not pick up the phone and she was at the front desk. The night before the night shift HOUSE keeper came in our room to check the air and he would walk in with his phone recording didn’t ask for permission to record us , invading our privacy with his phone we even asked him to stop recording due to some of us being in the bed and he refused. The night shift gentleman and lady both had snappy attitudes and was very rude and argumentative. The next day came and our toilet was clogged up and we asked for a plunger once we got back to our room and they took 30 minutes to bring the plunger and the guy came in once again recording on his phone invading our privacy. He stated that 5 adults were too many in a room that’s why the air wasn’t working and that’s why the toilet was clogged up and that for permission from their manager to call the police on us because we were “complaining too much and was causing a disturbance” by asking for a plunger and saying our air didn’t work. The policemen knew we weren’t doing anything wrong and they also said that was a bogus reason to be called. The policemen stated that with people being in the room has nothing to do with the air not working and the toilet being clogged up. The night shift staff wanted us to leave but would not refund our money for the night we paid for and have not yet stayed. The hotel manager was hard to reach and was not willing to solve the problem either. She also stated that we were “doing too much”. I would not recommend this hotel they are not understanding and are not willing to work with you or fix the complaints that you have. We were very disappointed after traveling so far and being treated like trash. The hotel manager also stated she would talk with with general manager and follow up with us it’s been days and we still haven’t heard a word from her.
