  Checked into a used room. Notified the front and they quickly accommodated us to a better room no charge! Staff were awesome. Beds are super comfy.. can't find a suitcase that fits a mattress so it stayed behind.. this time..

  We stayed at this hotel on 4/17 & 4/18 2026. for a fun weekend in Milwaukee visiting family. I had my two grandchildren with me and was so looking forward to having some fun in the pool and had a poolside room. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. This hotel lets the community have open pool, they had the outside entrance open to let more people to come in. It was so packed with people that clearly don't follow the rules, and it became a very dangerous place. It went on way into the night, many people went to the front desk and complained. She had called the police but they never came. We didn't even feel safe in our room. They were running up and down the hallways screaming. The next morning when we were going to breakfast we could see how they totally trashed the pool area. Talked with check out lady at reception, she even commented this problem goes on every weekend and suggest we stay at another hotel next time. I spent close to 400 bucks to feel unsafe with my grand children. Come on Best Western this is totally disappointing and will never stay at a Best Western again.

  After a long trip and getting here late I finally arrived tired and ready for a relaxing night of sleep. At first I show up and police are out front arresting some guy from his room. Ok I think that could happen anywhere. Then as I head to my room I begin smelling this old musty dirty smell that gets stronger the deeper into the hotel I go and the dirtier th carpets are as I go in. Finally I make it to my room. I am unimpressed but it’s a room to sleep at least. I go to shower and it’s just a hose basically in a tub. The mattress offers zero support and just collapses to my body. I am not a giant I’m pretty average. The pillows aren’t even real pillows they are square couch cushions. I wake up and you can hear everything above and around us. I’m shocked because I’ve stayed at a best western plus before and although it was nothing fancy it at least was a comfortable and clean nights stay.

  I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. The room smelled of old dirty carpet and mildew, and could possibly be from the room actually being moist. The walls by the window were so wet that the paint started to buckle and bubble. The bathroom was not clean and even when I requested for the room to be cleaned and vacuumed it was not. Getting towels daily was a struggle and made us late for our event because we didn’t have towels to take a shower. When they did have towels we had to go down and get them ourselves and it wasn’t a set it was just three large towels and we were a family of four. I could not call the front desk from the room phone, any time I needed assistance I had to call from my cell phone. The hotel “bar and grill” closed at 9pm which was weird. But the bartender there was very nice and was probably the nicest most accommodating employee there. One great thing was the breakfast, it was amazing and they kept it fresh and cleaned. The pool went to 8ft which is unsafe considering that there’s no life guard and a bunch of unsupervised children. Definitely some type of lawsuit waiting to happen. They also let the wet towels and garbage sit outside several doors for over 24hrs. There was a door to the roof that stayed open the entire night for some reason and that was very concerning. This hotel was probably the worst I’ve ever stayed in. I felt icky the entire time.

  Only gave it one star because I had to give it something. Front desk staff lazy and rude! Not friendly at all didn’t even get smiled when checking in and were given rules about everything. However no one abides by them! We were her for dance comp and have to be up early…small children and out by the pool. Didn’t think it was a big deal because pool closes at 9. Yeah o ly staff doesn’t monitor that! There was a bday party that was here pool packed kids cannon balling into hot tub and water was the most disgusting color with stuff floating in it that looked like puke or poop! Pool was too cold to swim so we left but at 10 when kids were running and screaming in pool called front desk they said they will send someone down….40 min later still screaming called again at 9:57 pm and they said we called the police. 11:17 pm still screaming can see right out of our room small kids in the pool and front desk was called again and said nothing they can do. The called police and when we asked to speak to a manager they said they don’t have one. The restaurant here was cash only one person working and menu online is apparently not updated. It was much better sounding than when was actually there. This place is so not worth the money. Save yourself the headache cuz there isn’t even any though but an airport around u less you want Mexican food or some crappy drive through pizza either. So disappointed and disgusted with this place.
