  Got “upgraded” to a 2 bed, 2 bath suite for my recent 3 night stay. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in- hands down. It was filthy dirty, dated, furniture stained, 30 year old televisions, garbage in the halls, mattresses, boxes and old furniture in the parking garage. Food? Ugh. Rotten fruit. Gym smells like mildew. Skip this place.

  Won't stay again. Hotel is under renovation. Drilling and hammering started at 8am on Saturday morning. Heavy paint smell. AC didn't work in either of our rooms during the day. Rooms got up to 80° even though set at 70°. Breakfast was from 7a-10a yet when we arrived at 940am over half the items were picked up, gone and not refilled. One of our rooms were renovated but the other was in a huge need of an upgrade. Parking is very limited. 300 rooms yet the parking lot had spots for 50. There's an underground parking which was never disclosed by front desk lady. We noticed the sign the next morning. There's way better choices of hotels in the area than this hotel for the same or cheaper.

  This feels like staying at the home your uncle is renovating. There are some construction quirks but when you open the door to your room, you're happily surprised with a mini apartment. These rooms were so cute and felt so at home. Honestly my new favorite Madison hotel.

  Newly remodeled studio suite? Great. Everything else about the property is awful. Total dump. Backed up sewer reeks through the whole hotel. Garage is full of garbage. Huge dumpster of garbage front and center. Told at booking I would be charged weekly starting at check in. They charged my card $4000.00 the night before!!!!! Ancient TVs have no streaming capability. Next to two busy roads with no sound proofing. Huge mistake booking here.

  Genuinely surprised when I checked in. Staff was friendly. Underground heated garage. Rooms were spacious but a little out of date. It looks like they are working towards upgrades. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Pool is open 24 hours. Within walking distance of plenty of local businesses. Room has a kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your own meal if you choose. Includes fridge, microwave, stove top, dishwasher, and cupboards are stocked with dishes, glassware, and utensils. Couple of things I would change are: 1) Have a USB port or a way to charge your phone in the room 2) Replace coffee pots with Kurigs. Other then that, a pleasant stay.
