- MLMaddy LMay 11, 20263.0First off the staff was very polite and friendly on our stay, which I really appreciate! Our room was also clean. However, the pool was closed, there's no complimentary breakfast (one of the main reasons we use Holiday Inns) and the treadmill was out of order in the gym. Luckily it was nice enough outside for a jog. Also, half the kids channels were nonfunctional on the TV and the remote didn't work well. I think all in all we will probably look elsewhere if we stay in Marshfield again.

- AAAnonymousJan 13, 20261.0Very disappointing stay. The front desk staff were short and rude, and the housekeeping staff were unhelpful and almost avoidant. We were not notified before arrival that the pool was closed, which was a major reason for choosing this hotel. The hallway smelled strongly of sewage, making the entire stay unpleasant. To make matters worse, the ice machine was broken, and the one that did work dispensed ice with black debris in it, which is completely unacceptable. There is nothing to do onsite if you don’t already have plans your whole trip. The lobby is small, uncomfortable, and there are no real common areas for guests to gather or relax. Overall, this place feels unclean and poorly managed. This is not a good choice for families or groups of friends, and I would not stay here again.
