  One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Great for business and vacation. Delicious warm breakfast EVERY morning. Staff is excellent and willing to assist at any time. Drinks are amazing as well. Enjoy!! Also the GM Brian is Amazing!

  So many things wrong with our stay here! First: I booked a confirmed 1 bedroom king suite because while my family was in the area to support a family member having surgery, I also needed to be able to work privately when not at the hospital. We checked in and went to the room to find they put us in 2 queen standard - without saying anything about the change during our check in. Upon heading back to the desk, we were notified our room type wasn’t available due to hail damage that occurred months ago. I asked why I wasn’t notified months ago so I could have an opportunity to rebook, or even at check in to give me a heads up. No answer was provided. When I was adamant that we needed the additional space, management offered me 1000 points and decided to discount the double queen room and then book a second one at the discounted rate for me to work from. While this solved the space problem, even with their discounted rates, I ended up spending approximately $40 more on my 4 night stay than my original reservation- and I never did receive the 1000 points I was offered. Now let’s talk about how the stay was: the laundry facilities were out of order; the hot tub was out of order; the pool was ice cold; very old and small tvs; one room had no charging ports (only regular outlets) and that same room also had a broken mini fridge; both rooms had a musty smell; bathrooms looked dingy; and the hallways to the rooms, at least on m the 2nd floor) had multiple holes in the carpet. I honestly could not come up with anything positive about this hotel outside of the convenient location. I would not stay here again for any reason

  Wasn't as bad as the rude employees and manager at beaver dam, however, curtains had stains on them, whole hotel was run down, carpeting in hallway torn, rooms just dirty and stained.. oh yeah, and employees like to stick their hands inside your room and lock ur door while you run to grab ice quickly..

  I will have to advise from my arrival it was disappointing, guest services was slow upon arrival too “busy” to attend to guests even know we were only ones at counter and no one else in site, and as well not to mention management advised after 10pm pool and spa was open to adults only and they allowed children after 10pm, rooms are adequate but not what I expect for holiday inn, Mediocre as far as cleanliness but warm and smell funky, location was good but that’s about all, I don’t think I’ll stay here again.
