- JPJennifer Perez3 days ago5.0Nice room but really the service was just fantastic. The people working at the front desk so kind and helpful. Ashley, Sam, and Bryin were absolutely wonderful a good breakfast and nice sitting area inside and outside and located right near the Capital building which was really nice and pre-shuttle was used and very nice as well. The driver was friendly and even offered to drive us around to show us some other things that we could possibly do very nice place. I was very impressed. The only reason the room didn’t get a five stars because the shower drain didn’t drain very well, which was not a problem and when I mentioned it to them, they were going to take care of it right away. Otherwise, the stay was perfect.

The shuttle to Epic was very convenient, and the complimentary manager's social Monday through Wednesday was a nice added touch. There's plenty of free parking if you have a car, but the hotel also offers a free shuttle to downtown Madison or anywhere within a 3 mile radius. Highly recommend this hotel!

I saw excellent cleanliness standards throughout the hotel, everything was spotless. Overall, the hotel far surpassed my expectations and I look forward to staying here next time I'm in town.
