  We stayed here only for one night after a wedding, but would definitely come back! Angelleigh at check-in was so kind, she made the check-in process smooth, and had answers to all of my questions. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, the pool was nice and had a bench seat with jets, which my daughter thought was so cool! The breakfast was great and had many options. We’ll definitely keep this hotel in mind next time we visit Madison!

  Room was expensive for amenities provided. The breakfast food was NOT good. Staff was aloof, almost unfriendly.

  We ended up staying here because of a canceled flight, but what a great expereience it was! We encountered 3 front desk employees who were truly incredible! Kind, helpful and each went above and beyond to ensure we had whatever we needed. This morning we had to leave before breakfast was out and they had a great selection of grab and go breakfadt items st the front desk and even let us know that some items were already out for the breakfast service that we could grab. The hotel has a very large and comfortable lobby that is nicely decorated and the rooms were updated and very clean with nice amenities, lots of outlets, and a huge TV with TONS of channels (easily more than 75), to choose from.

  What a nice hotel! It was so clean. The staff greeted us with smiles and enthusiasm when we arrived. I really appreciated that they dressed so professionally. It's also very well built. There was a crying baby in the room next to ours, and we never heard it until we were in the hallway. It's a great location for anything you'd want to do in the Madison area. We'd definitely stay here again.

  Super clean, well decorated, very attentive staff and though outside city center, easy enough to get to downtown. They do have a shuttle if you don't have a car, which is something I didn't expect for a Holiday Inn. The only knocks were that in our room, you can't control the fan on the AC/Heat, it's auto only. So it was constantly turning on/off, had to put on ambient noise to sleep. We we're hoping just to keep it on continually (or off). Otherwise very quiet. Breakfast is what it is (sugary cereal, juice, carbs to toast, oatmeal), my only hope/wish is that they had a better fresh fruit selection. The bananas were overly ripe/bruised and only red delicious apples. But...it's free, so you get what you pay for. I'd recommend if you need a convenient place to stay w/parking (that was our requirement due to driving a moving van).
