- SRStephanie Ripps3 days ago5.0Hotel is in a great location annd common areas were lovely. Rooms were as expected for a three star hotel but definitely clean and comfortable. The shining star was Mitch at the front desk. A really warm and special human who went out of his way for us not to mention his fun magic tricks! I would stay here again just because of him.

- JBJames BAug 11, 20264.0This is very nice hotel on the UW campus. The rooms are updated and very comfortable. The amenities are average to above average including a pool workout room and an on-site restaurant. When it comes to service, I would have to say that the front desk service outside of daytime business hours is extremely lacking. A couple of questions that I brought to the front desk. I was told you’ll have to ask during the day as the p.m/night people couldn’t help. Secondly, the front desk staff on nights reeked of cigarette smoke. Parking can be a challenge on the weekends at the hotel. It is reported that you can park at the hospital and take the shuttle and then get reimbursed for the parking at the hospital which is $18 for 12 hours. Overall, I would recommend this hotel just be aware that if you have questions at night, you may have to wait until the daytime to get an answer.
