The rooms and the hotel need updates. Everything worked but was very old. We had to unplug the refrigerator because it made a noise I could not sleep through. The ac/heater was just as loud but I had to leave that plugged in for heat. I have stayed at several Best Westerns before and I was happy to join the rewards program years ago and never had an issue. The breakfast was very underwhelming. Eggs were cold. Toaster took forever. The bagel was not fresh there was no cream cheese. While eating breakfast my wife noticed several large areas of ceiling was covered in MOLD. We stopped eating and immediately checked out. There are numerous other hotels in the area but I went to the app and always had faith in Best Westerns so didn't even consider another hotel. The staff was ok. Not super friendly but not extremely welcoming also. I stayed one night and had to make 3 trips back to the front desk from the fourth floor to get a different working key. That should not be a difficult thing but the key card didn't work. Kinda like most things at this hotel. Very disappointing for a chain I have trusted for years

Staff courteous and friendly, suite was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Location is excellent! (Near airport and freeway) complimentary breakfast was average but definitely better amount and choices on weekends compared to weekdays. Indoor pool and hot tub in a nice garden atrium space! Only negative and disappointment was the hot tub that we were told at front desk was “working fine” was not! After a long day of traveling we were really looking forward to a nice soak in the hot tub. Unfortunately when we got down to pool room the hot tub was cold to room temperature at best. Meet us at the front desk if it could be adjusted, we were told “no because it was a sensor issue” Everything else about our 4 night stay was great!

Very clean hotel. The bed was very hard to sleep on, the floor might have been softer. Great location. Love the private balconies!! Friendly staff!

It’s located in a great location and the staff is extremely nice. The the only reason I would not stay again is because i don’t like carpet even the room was clean. The other reason is the breakfast section is set up so unorganized and lazy and very unsanitary to the point of not wanting to be in there.

Checked in Sunday night the toilet ran the whole time. Flushed it once and it broke. An elderly couple next door had same problem and gave me a shoe string that they used to fix there toilet. Well it wouldn't work! Called desk they said maintenance would come in the morning, we'll they did, toilet flushed once broke again and is still unflushable and running. I reported it to the desk, but while he seemed concerned no one came up to fix problem and I wasn't offered another room with a toilet that actually works. I told the front desk guy that a maintenance man comes to fix the problem and actually did his job the toilet would not be running. The toilet in the inside everything is broken and rusted, clearly needs a new one. I also left the Do Not Disturb sign off the door because I needed towels. Well usually when you do that your bed gets made, things get cleaned. Only thing the made did was take out the garbage. The only thing nice here is the balcony, the beds are old and all u feel is springs!!
