Overall a great place to visit! The room bathroom was not the cleanest, but the rest of the room was! That didn't make it break our stay, we are definitely coming back!

One of my favorite places to stay! The hotel and rooms were very clean, the service was excellent, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The price is reasonable, and the hotel is comfortable and fun for guests of all ages.
This was my first visit, and I will definitely be coming back with my family. I highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful place. Wish we could have stayed longer. We just did one overnight. The water park was lots of fun. Our 3-year-old had a blast. I like that they have softs, squishy tiles in the kids play area under the water. So they don't get hurt if they slip in the water. Room was clean and has everything you need. Cups, silverware, bowls, mugs, frying pans including stainless steel etc. Cooking utensils, there's a dishwasher, stove top, fridge/freezer, microwave and sink with garbage disposal. They give you EVERYTHING. Thos was the most stress free packing ever.

It feels like a smaller version of what a lot of the other water parks have. Like one big room and an outdoor portion. This is great if you want something less busy and not so big that you or your kids will get lost. They have a lazy river, 2 "large" slides, a couple hot tubs and a bunch of smaller slides and kid play areas. There doesn't appear to be a bunch of inside restaurants, but the one they had was pretty nice, lots of stuff you'd find at a gas station. The parking was great, even the furthest spots where only a couple rows from the building. I'd definitely bring little ones here again, maybe not a great fit if you don't have kids or older kids who want to focus on a more "roller coaster" type rides, there was only 2 of that type. I had a blast and so did my family.

My family and I were there for the first time from August 1 to August 4. Upon arriving to our room, we noticed the toilet in the den was constantly running. Not a huge deal but it made me question the last time someone had been up there to clean. In my mind, you should be there to clean long enough to notice an issue like that and have it fixed. Secondly, there was no bar of soap in that bathroom. There was one bar in the downstairs bathroom for two bathrooms. Third, there was no soap or anything to wash our dishes with. Fourth, the iron did not work. When we went to use it, it just dripped water all over our clothes. The thing that really had me question when the last time it was cleaned, was when my husband went to use a towel and found a one set of fake eye lashes in the towel. I honestly thought to myself, how did someone not see that when they were folding the clean towels? Or did they not put clean towels in the bathroom from the prior guest?
My husband got a text the following day asking to rate our stay and he provided the feedback. Someone came to fix the hair dryer and toilet. We got more toilet paper because there was a lack of that and soap. Only to find out that the dish towels, were the towels that were in the bathroom? I’m not sure I understand that and why they wouldn’t be in the kitchen with everything else.
They did not address the eyelash in the towel. Whoever came to fix the toilet, just left it in the bathroom.
Needless to say, I was left unimpressed and question the cleanliness of this place.
