  We've really had a great time! The staff here were simply amazing! We really needed this short getaway and the people who call this place home (staff) really are like a family. Everyone seems to love working here. The following employees have really gone out of their way to make us feel welcomed and cared for: Katie from Moose & Maple was exceptional!! She reminds me of a loving mom… always there when anybody needed her, a fantastic listener and dedicated employee. She loves this place, you can telll. She really spent time listening to us. Of course there are others I’d like to mention. Morgan from M & M, and some of the other staff in the restaurant (I didn’t get their names). There’s also Margaret (front desk), The engineers (the Director and his assistant with the backwards baseball hat). They were both great! We had some troubles the first day trying to figure out how everything worked in the room. I suggested they put labels of some sort on the actual air-conditioning units that says “use thermostat on wall to operate” or something similar. We also had problems getting the fireplace to light, but the engineering staff took care of everything we needed. We actually ended up staying an extra day because of the atmosphere and the people. I wish I could remember everyone’s name because I would definitely list them here. Only one thing stood out. We do wish they had an ATM. Someone said they had one but it kept breaking down so they took it out. Hard to tip these hard working folks with no cash. We absolutely will tell everyone how much we enjoyed our stay!

  Superfun place. I love that its close to Chicago and not as overwhelming as Wisconsin Dells especially when it comes to the lazy river and the toddler swim areas. Lake Geneva and surroundings are also a big plus for anyone not a big fan of the water park.

  This was our first stay, we will be back. Room was spacious and clean, food on sight was decent, spotted cow beers for the win, and a great park for my 2 and 4 year old to be pretty independent. Only con was the pillows- made for a very stiff nights sleep after a day of fun!

  I stayed here with my family for my daughters first birthday..I had needed a crib because I forgot to pack my daughters pack and play so I went down to the front desk. It was already one in the morning when I asked but I spoke with Max to see if they had one. He managed to find me one no problem and it really saved me!!! He was absolutely amazing and did an outstanding job!!!! Because of this I would definitely recommend this hotel, I use to work hotels so I know late night requests can be tough but he went above and beyond to help me out!!! :]

  Basically, the rooms were very nice, my room had a kitchen, a bathroom with a good bath tub, a nice porch too! It had a pull out bed and a bedroom! The AC was very loud to not get some of the sleep, but at least it worked! The service was nice, ordering food was easy, calling front desk is easy too! The location overall is nice with great decorations and a waterpark which is kid friendly with a small baby section and a bigger section with a great lazy river, but they need to work on getting leftover rafts back onto it since most are always out. Overall 4/5 stars!
