We just came back from our three day trip. Overall our kids had a great time. Enjoyed the water park , arcade and candy shop. The food from moose and maple was really good. My only gripe is that the rooms need to be deep cleaned. There was mildew and crud in between crevices in the kitchen sink faucet, the jets in the tub had mildew in the crevices and the shower head had lime deposits. Staff never came to change our bedding or remove trash. However I did like that they provided kitchen utensils, plates , mugs and glassware. It operated as a fully functional kitchen minus an oven. We were able to cook meals ourselves when needed. I would book again but maybe stay at the Grand Geneva and visit timber ridge for the activities.

We just got back and it was fun. The kids were happy and had a good time. The water park continuously ran out of towels. This seems pretty absurd for a waterpark, especially since it was during the week! The first room we had was a two bedroom suite. It did have some maintenance issues. Loose tiles, sink faucet, and toilet paper holder loose as well. The jet tub was loud and the water jet nozzles kept popping off so it was usless. We decided to stay a couple extra days and the second room was a ground floor one bedroom suite. It stunk of mildew, but i guess that because it was right next to the water park. They should keep up on the carpet cleaning. Similar maintenance issues in this room as well, including the nozzles on the tub. The one concern we had is someone had an accident in the pool and they closed it and fished the turd out. I understand that the amount of chemicals they use to combat the urine probably killed any bacteria. But they just closed the pool for a little bit and I didnt witness any additional chemicals being used. They should at least pretend to add more chemicals or something, so it seems like they are concerned. The Moose and Maple restaurant was good. Decent breakfast and dinner. The staff was attentive and nice. The fireside restaurant was cool, but someone spilled bbq sauce on the concrete and it sat there all week, kinda gross. All in all it was a good stay but a little pricey for the quality of the rooms. Not that great of a value.

Rooms were huge with a bed and a sofa bed. There was a TV in the living room and a TV in the bedroom. There was a small balcony type area outside the room where you can sit with a couple chairs. Room came with full kitchen which included a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, stove and dishes and cups. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom had a jacuzzi with eucalyptus smelling lotions, body wash, shampoo and conditioners. Service is exeptional throughout the resort and everyone is super friendly. Plenty of parking around the resort.
The only negative issue is the cell phone reception and wifi at least in the lower floors. There was no cell phone reception and the Wi-Fi was very choppy which makes it hard to connect to any electronics during the trip
There is an outdoor pool and a waterpark inside the resort. Overall it's a very small sized waterpark with many whirlpools, lazy river and slides. There is also a food court inside the waterpark. There is an arcade game place and a kids bowling area that can be accessed using arcade credits. Another fun thing that they have is a custom cotton candy machine where you select the options and it creates a cotton candy in front of you.
Overall a very good resort with exceptional rooms and service close to all the lake Geneva attractions but small indoor waterpark and poor wifi.

We brought our kids here as a group of friends and we love the indoor outdoor waterpark! The indoor/outdoor hot tub is a favorite and the slides and lazy river are great! We ended our stay with the arcade and it’s got the best mix of games, we had so much fun. We truly felt like the staff made us feel welcome and at home, and the arcade staff was especially kind, attentive, on top of any issues that arises right away (a game malfunctioned and they fixed it and credited us our loss) and really went above and beyond to make sure our kids left happy with core memories. 25/10 would recommend and can’t wait to come back!!!!!

This used to be a nice family friendly and reasonably priced resort. I've taken my kids here since 2017, nearly 10 years. It used to be around $100 per night plus tax and resort fee. I just tried booking one night and this is their price: Room: $459.00. Taxes & Fees: $91.82. Total: $550.82. FOR ONE NIGHT. For one bedroom. Nothing fancy or special. That's their "cheapest" room. $550........Who is their target demographic? Because it's certainly not families with kids. I've stayed at Waldorf Astoria hotel in Chicago for less. Charging $550 per night is not just expensive. It's unethical. Are they trying to keep certain type of people out of their resort? Because that's discrimination. $550...for one night. One.
