  The rooms and hotel were great. However, booking over the phone was made very difficult through the use of an AI agent instead of a real person. Businesses replacing humans with AI is lazy and makes customer interactions frustrating to get through. Please bring real people back into this process as it would have gone a lot smoother.

  We stayed in the extended stay room which was very clean. The staff were awesome and very friendly. The hot tub was great but the pool could have been a little warmer.

  This is a fairly new hotel in the area. It was recommended to me by my Aunt to stayed there so I booked our wedding block with Grandstay for all of our out of town guests. In the beginning, I worked with one person but then it was not noted to me that she was no longer the GM at this location. Once I sorted that out, I had 2 new contacted - Heidi and Christopher. We had a small issue with how many rooms were allocated to our block which Christopher helped out with immediately. The process was smooth sailing after that. We had a few members of the family find a cheaper price online that the hotel matched instead of the block price. The hotel is beautiful. It's clean, comfortable and in a quiet area. I did get a few notes that the bathroom shower floor is VERY slippery when wet though (not sure how to avoid that) but maybe floor stickies!

  3 of us stayed here. Very impressed with the hotel. Very clean. Beautiful place. Seems pretty new. The hot tub was great. Swimming pool needs improvement, such as some heat in pool water. Extremely cold couldn't swim. Stayed in hot tub.
