  If you have to pay for breakfast I expect something other than the typical hotel crap we get for free everywhere else. Don’t pay for the breakfast. Take the points if they offer breakfast for free. Nice hotel. Clean. But paying for a breakfast here is a SCAM!! Not the cooks fault by any means but damn sure blame the hotel for making you pay for that crap!!! You can’t order anything off the menu because they have you eating a cheap buffet of crap!! 😡😡 My dog eats better breakfast!!

  In the morning we used the pool and there were no pool towels available so we asked the front desk. After asking twice no towels were given to us to use so we all had to walk through the lobby to the elevator up to the third floor soaking wet and cold. Our reservation was made for 5 people but only three bath towels were provided so three kids had to share one towel. We were told house keeping was working on laundry, they never brought us any. This towel shortage at 8-9am seems rediculous for a hotel where we paid over $300/night for. Breakfast ended up not being included although I am sure the website state it would be when I made the reservation. It’s a convenience we always look for when our family travels. I was going to give it credit for cleanliness but there was a child’s watch on the floor when we arrived so I’m not sure how that would have been missed had they vacuumed the room. Very uncomfortable

  On the way to Door County we stayed here for two nights. Great location and friendly staff. One more thing I really appreciated: they serve their food on real plates with real silverware, not disposable plates and plastic utensils. It may seem like a small detail, but it makes the whole dining experience feel much nicer. My only suggestion would be to invest in a good modern coffee machine instead of serving coffee from a thermos. Overall, a wonderful place!

  Stayed here for 3 days and it was wonderful. Our room was immaculately clean! Older motel but super clean and very well kept! The bathroom smelled so good! I couldn't find on thing wrong with our room. It was nice knowing we were staying in a nice clean room. I have been to plenty of other motels that are new and end up in a dirty room. Definitely will be back! The bed was very comfortable. Thank you to the housekeepers keep up the good work!

  I was placed next to an empty room with a fire alarm that had the low battery beeping since I arrived at 3:30. I called and they stated they wouldn’t be able to fix it until tomorrow and I’d have to sleep in this room, as the hotel is booked. The hot tub was also out of service. But the fire alarm beeping all night and then not being able to even take it off the wall until maintenance could get to it, is out of control.
