We have three surrounding picturesque lakes! Staybridge is an extended-stay hotel for 1 day or many.     Hotel is clean. House keeping are amazing at keeping the room clean and organized my whole stay. The gentleman that did breakfast was amazing. Had breakfast ready nice and early for those of us that leave early. Quality of food was really good. Washer and dryer are speed queen so my clothes got clean and dry. Only draw back is no social on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

    I literally stay here every week for work. It’s an older hotel made out of cardboard, but it’s a good price for the amount of business travel for. Apparently, if you use one of their partner sites (Which are directly linked to their homepage) - They cannot guarantee any room you booked. The only reason I even stuck around Is because I rolled in late - But guess what?!?! There is another nice hotel right next to this one. Guess where my weekly business is going now?! What I booked: King Suite with a high floor request because the highway is LOUD on the lower floors. What I got: first floor with a couch queen. Additionally, the room was not even put together when I arrived (at 11pm mind you… see picture) Response when I told them I paid for a king suite: ohhhh you ordered through bookings…. We cannot refund and we have no Kings available!!! Why not one star? The same reason Staybridge Suites lost my business… I just don’t care enough to fix my mistake. Going back to Hyatt from now on.

    Room was great, breakfast was great, staff was great, but our was not ready when we arrived at 3pm. We had to wait 30 min.

    My partner and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting friends in the area, and it was a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent! The staff was all very friendly and super responsive to a few requests we had. The room was large and had all kitchen amenities, including an ice maker in the room. It is also very walkable to nearby food, grocery, and other activities. Will be staying again whenever we visit Madison!
