Everything from booking, parking, front desk interaction, room condition, room service, breakfast, and checkout was a pleasant and positive experience. We were charged the price we were quoted with at booking with no surprises or miscellaneous charges, as it should be. All the staff we encountered at front desk were warm, friendly, and helpful. Our room, including bedsheets and towels thoroughly felt and looked clean, not just staged as so as with some other hotel experiences. The bed was comfortable and we got good nights rest. Breakfast food selection was decent and the coffee bar was a plus that we greatly appreciated. Service was five star quality consistently all across the board. It was a memorable and pleasant hotel experience that we highly recommend! Thanks Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eau Claire staff and team!

- WKWilliam KesslerAug 18, 20265.0New or very new place. This is what we always hope we find. Room was very clean and smelled good when we walked in. That’s a plus that doesn’t always happen. Breakfast was good. It’s exactly what you expect at HIEX. Our only gripe was a loud truck engine running next door but the front desk got us a different room away from it right away. It wasn’t their fault. The staff wasn’t the usual international crew. For some reason that’s going away. Take that for what it’s worth. I like to speak the same language.
