  We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were helpful and we had fun in the warm pool. They offer breakfast for kids free at the inhouse restaurant but we opted to just grab quick bite at a drive through in town. If the breakfast was free for adults we probably would have stuck around.

  Had an event, catered by Johnny's Italian Steakhouse. The room was great, food was good too.

  So, when I got to the hotel, the price was close to $20 higher than what I signed up for online. Fine. Then, when I checked in, they sold me a $20 free breakfast ticket. They followed up those gems by calling me at close to 11 at night, waking me up, and asking why I didn't check in. I had to explain to them that, no, I am in room 409. There was some amount of disbelief. Finally, the trouble with the breakfast coupn was I am a celiac and could not use it because you can only use it for certain items that cost $10 each. (Why did they sell me free breakfast for $20 if it only costs $10 for an omlette?). Finally, I waited 10 minutes at the restaurant, and maybe because it was dead on Tuesday morning, but I didn't get served. Awful experience. Find a different hotel if possible.

  So I will start with i like Holiday Inn's and often choose them for my place of stay for work. I like them because I know what to expect .... not the most luxurious rooms but always clean and comfortable. My reason for leaving a review is the staff at this particular Holiday Inn. I made some mistakes when booking this travel... however Ann at the front desk went out of her way to insure that I was not hindered by my own mistakes... and corrected them. Not only did she help but she seem genuinely happy to assist and did not have a hint of disdain for my ignorance that caused he additional work. She continued to assist with a smile and warm greeting thoughout my stay. She was not only just professional but warm as well and made me feel welcome at all times. I was inspired to write this review not because I am used to unprofessional staff at Holiday Inn's but, because the warmness and genuine concern for the comfort of my stay was at a high level , and worthy of compliments. Ann... Thank You, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at your location.

  Great location for easy access to I-94. Stayed for a wedding that was being held onsite. Accidently booked my reservation at a different location nearby and IHG was able to swap the reservation without any additional fees, so I could stay where the wedding was actually being held. There is a restaurant on site with a nice bar, lots of space, good customer service, a delicious breakfast. There is a pool, unfortunately, I was not able to use this due to my limited time there parking is not a problem. Safe location. Comfortable beds.
