Don't stay here. Walked in through a moldy smelling entryway. We were "greeted" (had to call a phone to get him to come out from the back) by an Indian front desk clerk who could barely speak English, threw our keys to us and said "first floor". As we walked into our room we were greeted with 5 brand new insignia tvs in boxes blocking the door (no new tvs anywhere so curious what they were doing with these) and a strong mold smell. Upon looking through the kitchen area, a large patch of black mold was found under the kitchen sink. When we went to the counter to change rooms, the clerk didn't seem to understand what mold was, and after insisting we will not be staying in that room we were moved. After reading other reviews about bed bugs, I checked our sheets and mattress. No bed bugs noticed, but I did find half of a Walmart sack under the mattress cover. The lobby smelled like a dispensary all night, clearly coming from the employee room behind the desk. Next morning I found the attached critter crawling across our bedroom floor. Overall a 0/5 I would never stay here and will avoid grandstays anywhere moving forward.

We stayed for one night. The check-in process was smooth. As soon as we entered our room, the lights were flickering and it made it uncomfortable to see. Also, the faucet was completely blocked and the water wasn’t draining. Finally, when we switched on the AC, there was a loud continuous hum that made it impossible to sit, watch something, sleep, or do anything.
All these were reported to the front desk and the staff rudely answered us saying we can pretty much check out now if we wanted to and they’ll give us a full refund, instead of fixing the issues or giving us another room - mind you this was at 11:30 PM.

I travel a lot. This is a great hotel.
DO NOT STAY HERE. We booked this room for 1 night, just for a place to sleep for the night and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. We checked in, I fall asleep, boyfriend uses the bathroom. The toilet seat fell off the toilet when he sat down, like it was never attached to begin with. He notified the front desk manager, who came to inspect it. The manager looks at it and then asks if we can deal with it until morning. Uhm??? No, thank you, this should be taken care of immediately because we now have an unusable bathroom. This was never taken care of before we checked out, we even asked when we woke up and were met with a response of “we’re still looking into it.” Okay…? so they never intend on fixing it before we left. Fast forward to morning, we’re getting ready to leave and we strip the bed to make it easier for housekeeping. The mattress cover and mattress itself was STAINED WITH PEE. I’m disgusted and appalled, as this is the side of the bed I was sleeping on for 7 hours. These were dried stains, not from either of us. There was NOTHING on the sheets we slept on top of, but the mattress cover and the mattress had these DRIED stains. Meaning these were never changed or cleaned whenever it happened. We immediately notify the manager (same guy from last night), who looks at the mattress, feels it with his BARE hand and then responds, “it’s urine.” Uhm yeah?? It’s not from us. All my boyfriend got as a response from him is (in a very dismissive tone), “we’ll check with housekeeping.” That’s it. He walked him back to front desk and asks my boyfriend if we’re checking out, and that’s all. So we leave, call and leave a voicemail with the corporate office filing a complaint about our experience, who we will be following up on Monday with. The manager from the hotel then calls us back, stating he’s talked with housekeeping and that they’re stating it was cleaned the night before. He calls us liars over the phone when we explain that this literally could not have been from us. Then he starts questioning why we didn’t report this sooner. This was underneath the sheets we slept on, because it was the mattress COVER, AND MATTRESS. There was no reason for us to strip the clean looking sheets before we slept. I’m appalled by the “management” this location considers acceptable. This is absolutely inadmissible. I, unknowingly, slept in someone else’s pee stained bed. Now I understand why I woke up feeling nauseous. That’s disgusting, unsanitary, and NOT acceptable. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

BEWARE of charges after your stay. Just checked my credit card statement and noticed a charge with no reasoning provided from hotel. Called the hotel they informed me a lotion dispenser was broken. We never used this item and were not notified after our stay but still charged for damages.
Besides this it was nice to have a living room space but the furniture was very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was basic. Hot tub jets didn’t work.
