- JJJeromeJul 18, 20265.0The building has a few years, but was recently renovated and looks fresh on the inside. The rooms have been renovated and furnishings look new; rooms are clean. The hot coffee and fresh cookies, even at my late 8:00 pm check-in reflected the good service and attention to detail (even if you don't want coffee at 8). Good value.

Bathroom had dust and gross hairs scattered on the floor boards and around the toilets. Excrement and urine caked on toilet lid. I would expect better from any hotel, but especially what paying over $200/nt. Convenient location and quiet at night.

We went through everything to change the name on the reservation and get everything sorted and the hotel refused to let that person check in. Not only that they lied to us saying that because they couldn't check in they'd give a refund but when our booking partner called they refused to give us a refund. This is downright scammy behavior.
