  Great experience! Even tho they are under renovations, the staff and manager were so attentive and friendly! Love the new carpet and tile! Signage for the temporary breakfast area being in their conference room was good and they still had their full breakfast offerings! Yay! We will be back!

  We stayed overnight to attend a graduation. The food was poor, undercooked and without flavor. I was horrified to hear you charged $500 to a traveler who booked a last minute room. The $250 I was spent was ridiculous

  Stayed here during a road trip while towing a trailer, and overall it was a very good experience. This Holiday Inn is currently under renovation, but honestly the work didn’t negatively impact our stay much at all. The renovated rooms already look modern and refreshed. They kept the bathtub vs going to shower only. That was a questionable choice. We stayed in room 301, which was comfortable and clean. The only issue we encountered was with the new temperature control system that interfaces with the heating unit. It didn’t seem to function properly, but we were able to work around it using the older manual controls. We reported it to reception, and the staff were friendly and said they would investigate the issue. The pool area, gym, and dining area are still being renovated, but the hotel is handling it well. Complimentary breakfast is still being offered, currently served in one of the conference rooms during the renovation period, which we appreciated. One thing that stood out positively for us was the parking situation. There is plenty of room with easy access, and the double parking layout made it simple to maneuver and park our trailer without stress. Also, the hotel is conveniently located right off the highway with lots of fast food and dining options nearby, which was great after a long drive. Friendly staff, easy access, practical parking for travelers towing trailers, and a solid stay overall. Would stay again once the renovations are fully completed.

  I stay here for a few days every year. It's always clean and quiet. In mid 2026 they're remodeling and the remodeled rooms feel roomy and have nice fixtures and furnishings.

  Even though the hotel is under major renovation, it was a great stay -- from a wonderful front desk experience, to a very nice room, to even being wished a good morning on the way out, even though it was only 3:30 in the morning. We would definitely stay here again. It's so close to the airport and Madison.
