Very clean property with a nice breakfast, gym area, and pool. Friendly staff. Property conveniently not far from dining choices and activities. I am not sure if this is universal to HIE properties, but I’ve identified a theme that either the floors are very thin or constructed of wood (vs concrete) and sound travels very easily between rooms. It sounded like there was a gymnastics competition occurring on the floor above us.

We stay here pretty regularly. The breakfast is the best of any Hotel by Far. The front end staff always makes sure we are taken care of, from do we have a preference on which room we stayed in in the past. Dashwan and the front end staff do an amazing job of making my time away from family more bare able.

We stayed 8 nights while attending a convention in Milwaukee. The staff made so many accomodations for our group! Because of tours many of our group needed to leave in the morning before 7 am. So the staff arranged to have the breakfast open at 5:30 am! Eva and Janice were super! Even though they had to start early each morning they were friendly, efficient and kind. Sofia on the desk was so helpful and pleasant. Each day our rooms were well cared for. Everyone worked so hard to make our stay pleasant. Thank you very much!!

Great location. Close to stores and restaurants. Clean and love the tall ceilings. I booked 2 queen beds through a third party and when I checked in the receptionist said they have me for a king size bed. I pulled up my reservation and showed her my confirmation email. I DID book for 2 queens. The receptionist (Janice) was very helpful and kind enough to get me a 2 queen like I’ve originally booked for. Just a FYI for anyone who doesn’t know, Janice shared with me that if you book through a third party, don’t be surprised if you don’t get the room you wanted or if you even get a room. I was lucky enough to get a room that I wanted from the help of Janice and happy to get that information from her. Just passing along the info cause I wouldn’t want to see anyone have this happen to them. If you can book right through the hotel.
