  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay with Unforgettable Personal Touches! Our stay at Best Western Plus Paper Valley was absolutely wonderful! The entire staff is amazing—professional, welcoming, enthusiastic, and genuinely caring toward their guests. Linda, Christina, Michael, and Dax all stood out and helped make our experience exceptional. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do and truly wants every guest to feel welcomed and appreciated. What made this stay especially memorable was the thoughtful touch of the gift bags provided to guests upon arrival. I believe Linda’s daughter, Allyson, is an aspiring artist, and she hand-draws beautiful artwork and inspirational quotes on each bag. What an incredible idea! It’s such a personal and creative gesture that turns an ordinary hotel stay into a memorable experience and gives guests something special to take home. These little details make all the difference. The outstanding hospitality combined with such a unique and heartfelt welcome is what sets this property apart. Highly recommend Best Western Plus Paper Valley to anyone looking for an excellent stay and outstanding customer service!   Great breakfast, mostly friendly staff and clean rooms, although our shower curtain looked like it had been yanked off the wall and hastily shoved back in. Have stayed here twice in the last few months and would recommend.

  I want to mention the top tier service I received from Simon at the front desk. I called from my room around 8:30 pm and asked if they had any cookies in the lobby. Simon informed me that they did not, but that he could fire up the oven and put a batch in. By 9:00 pm a fresh, hot batch of chocolate chip cookies were ready for guests and available at the front desk. Simon allowed me to take multiple hot cookies back up to my room. This was above and beyond what was expected and deserves to be mentioned. In a world full of Chad’s and Karen’s….be a Simon. Thank you for a great stay. The room was clean too.

  The staff was excellent & very accommodating. Breakfast was superb & the warm apple & cherry turnovers were delicious! Location was close to the airport, restaurants & mall. Save our bottle opener, we will definitely return!

  If all Best Western properties were managed as well as this property I would spend many more nights staying in this chain. I stayed for a week for the PGI convention. I was checked in by Sallie who was 100% customer satisfaction focused. I had a couple of coworkers who hadn't made reservations early so Sallie worked her magic and got them 2 rooms as well saving our company a significant amount. The thing that I liked the best other than Sallie, Linda and part time Jessica was the communication. Throughout the hotel are signs explaining that they are busy and short staff so please let us know if you need anything else and what to expect. No guessing games, just straight to the point, how the pickle squirts. If I hadn't promised my family I wouldn't ever open another restaurant, I'd poach this team, and open a restaurant in Appelton and clean up with amazing customer focused team. Keep up the great work BW Appleton!
