  I recently stayed for two nights for business. My check in experience was not great as the staff member did not meet standards in recognizing my IHG status and also did not provide any property information such as breakfast hours, etc. My reservation details were also not confirmed verbally. I got the impression that the person who checked me in was a housekeeper covering the front desk, as she was dressed in a housekeeping uniform. She did not seem to be very happy to be there. Aside from this, the hotel is in a great location and is in very good condition. Breakfast is what you would expect from the brand. But I have lowered my rating on the room due to my guest bathroom experience could have been better. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor. Small hairs are easy enough to miss, but one large clump in the corner near the bathtub was very obvious. Either nobody is inspecting the rooms after they are cleaned, or if they are they were rushing through it. Regardless, I would stay again.

  BEST Holiday Inn Express. Really friendly staff and very clean rooms. Great breakfast. Make your own pancakes sometimes scrambled eggs, sometimes omelets, boiled eggs, sausage, hash browns, cereals, muffins, bagels, juice, etc., and really good brewer for coffee

  We stayed for two days and had a great experience. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and they even had a unique pancake maker that you don't see in most hotels. The grounds and common areas were also well-maintained. ​The only minor note is the elevator. It can feel a bit aggressive when starting and stopping, and it makes some noise. It is nothing terrible, but it might spook kids or unsuspecting adults if they are not prepared for it. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay!

  Second time staying here and was very impressed! Clean rooms, pool and common areas, good breakfast and great location.
