  The food is way to expensive. You need a room key to keep the light on🙄 so stupid. The front desk people told us so many different things that we didn't know what to do. Not very pleasing hotel.

  Rooms are great but don’t try to go to bed early, no way to black out the room. There are only thin shades on the windows, only Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in that’s like this!

  We reserved and paid for 2 queen beds room (2 adults + 2 kids). When we got to the room it just had one king bed and no couch or pullout. We told them this wouldn’t work. The employee with the spider web face tattoo refused to give us a refund. Said it was her managers fault not hers and that they don’t do refunds. We paid $180 for a room we couldn’t use. It seemed like a scam being run by the front desk employees. BEWARE.

  The beds were comfy, the service was terrible. We paid $15 per person per day for breakfast. It was presented as a sit down breakfast but it was a Continental. When we got there at 9:30 (it ended at 10) the lady kept telling us to hurry because we only have 20 minutes. There were no breads, the orange was bad and as you can see everything was gone. My husband asked for juice and she said she didn't want to put it out because it's almost over. I PAID FOR IT. They also advertise everywhere in the hotel this great sit down breakfast that they do not offer. It's weird. I could have eaten at a nice restaurant for the cost and actually got food. Very disappointed. The pool was cold, there were no towels and it smelled like chlorine and dirty feet. Not worth the price. Or at least don't opt for breakfast.

  No blackout blinds & all room keys demagnetize before you get to your room. Problems are due to a cheap owner, but staff won’t say it. So there it is. ROOM KEYS They still use the outdated slide-in card system. They’ve said they have problems with it every single day, especially with big groups. I’ve stayed here 3 times, have had room key issues every time. Stay #1 I had to visit the front desk 4 times to get rekeyed and was told it was the specific room’s lock. 2nd stay 6 times. 3rd stay 3 times, and on the last time they switched me rooms I went up and the keys didn’t work for the new room. C’mon, really? Sorry, but I can’t keep playing this game, I’m out. BLACKOUT BLINDS I’ve never been in a hotel without simple blackout blinds, drapes, pull down…anything? In fact, my previous 2 rooms had them here so I never noticed until about 10pm last night. My room had cheap bendy metal blinds that do not block the bright parking lot light. I called at midnight and was reassured all rooms are like this? I got about 3.5 hrs of sleep, went down to chat this morning and was told that just the rooms that don’t face the morning sun had them (half the hotel). Even the desk clerk hadn’t seen anything like it. I asked how people are supposed to sleep and she said she didn’t know. Sad this place has everything (ok hot tub was sub 100 but I’m sure that can be fixed). The owners either don’t care, or management is afraid to stand up to them. Until they upgrade the doors and fix half the rooms with no curtains, I’m done giving this place my business. Bring a sleeping mask & a lot of patience if you risk it. Maybe you’ll get lucky.
