  Beautifully remodeled room, very clean smelled very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner heater and fan worked well and were quiet. I like the room how it was set up made it easy to work on the computer or to just come in and go to bed. The couch in the room was even comfortable. I didn't stay for the breakfast downstairs, but it looks like a really nice, cute little breakfast nook. Coffee in the room was good and the options for hot chocolate and tea was a nice touch. Down in the lobby, where all of the customer service is amazing, there was tons of little places to meet up and have conversations. Little chairs and tables everywhere. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. I'm not sure if there's a pool for kids, but for adults, the only drawback was the noise from the road at night.

  Sorry housekeeping for pissing all over the bathroom floor. That's what happens when the hallway or bathroom lights don't come on. The rooms need a key in a slot to allow the lights to work. My roommate took the key out and forgot to put it back. I couldn't find it to get the lights on in the middle of the night. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I'll never stay here again

  Only reason for the two stars is because both the laundry room and the gym had broken equipment the entire 10 days I was here, no attempt to fix. As far as location it's convenient but there are a lot of homeless people that hang out outside the perimeter of the gate

  Gloria for breakfast service was wonderful at making sure everyone had what they wanted or needed keeping food bins full & plentiful. Her kitchen crew & manager were communicating & working together very well to make it flow smoothly. Jonathan at front desk helped me with a few hiccups my reservation had, leaving me feeling seen heard & helped. They have a gated parking area which makes it feel extra safe. The girl who checked us in was helpful. We also had dinner at the hotel. Bar staff was friendly professional while managing task & customer well, good food except Queso dip was sub par nachos cheese out of a can, tho it was well presented. Good experience from start to finish. Clean comfortable nice rooms & beds. Pools was hot with people however didnt use the area.
