  I made my reservations on the nationwide 800 number. They were completely screwed up and only one of the two rooms was booked. I want to thank Charrish and Venessa for straightening out. Because it was a busy week I was concerned I would not have a room. But they were able to make it right. And they gave me a complementary breakfast. The staff here is great and responsive.

  Waited up front for the lady to get done chatting up some guy down the back hallway next to the restaurant. We had to flag her down to let her know that there were 2 other guest waiting to check in and someone's chinese food was waiting. Between the 20+ random children wet running between the front lobby and jumping in the pool leaving water everywhere -- Walked over to the restaurant and asked the rude waitress there if there was someone working the front desk and she just Rudely snapped at me telling me they are the restaurant and not part of the hotel.. The woman working both nights on THIS PLACE IS OUT OF CONTROL even for a Holiday inn.

  Staff was amazing…. Mostly. Bernie the server in the three mornings we were there was having a bad week or something. His attitude was really off. He was a bad mood every time I saw him and did not want to be helpful when I asked questions. He stood around a lot with a frown on his face and made it very uncomfortable for us to sit and enjoy our meal. When I asked about coffee, he literally rolled his eyes scoffed and walked away without saying anything. When asked about almond milk he almost shouted “No we have none of that stuff here”. I can understand one day being like that and having that attitude but Out of the four days, he was there three of them and really made it displeasing to have our mornings downstairs. However, the last day, the young lady who was down, there was very nice, very helpful, outgoing and friendly. Also, the front desk staff was great.

  Holiday Inn is my favorite choice in hotels. I don't know why the beds are different from any other Holiday Inn I stay at, but I always sleep so good in this location. The beds and pillows are so comfortable

  Extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism shown by Megan and Bianca. The nasty comments, two faced behavior, and disrespectful attitudes were honestly shocking to witness, especially from people working in hospitality. The way they spoke about and treated others created such an uncomfortable and negative environment. There is absolutely no reason for employees to be making rude remarks, belittling others, or behaving like workplace bullying is acceptable. A hotel should have employees who make people feel welcomed and respected, not people whose behavior makes the environment feel hostile and uncomfortable. Regardless of whatever personal issues may be going on, there is a basic level of maturity and professionalism that should be expected at work. Management seriously needs to address this behavior because it reflects terribly on the workplace as a whole. Very disappointing and unacceptable. I hope they are fired I had no issue with the rooms just the customer service 0/10 if I could.
