Dirty room with hair all over the floor and broken frames. Complained to front desk and the room was not cleaned and all the ice cream we stored in the fridge was missing too.

While traveling with my kids this Summer, I decided to use my Best Western membership to lock in a pretty good rate for the area. Upon entering the hotel, I could tell it was clean. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Its a hotel. The rooms look like the pictures online. Again...Clean. I am not a black light, inspect every corner guy...clean. Throughout my stay, I started to realize why I felt so comfortable in this hotel. The Staff were amazing!! The maintenance guy never stopped moving; the housekeeping staff were quiet but super efficient; and front desk stayed engaged with either guests, or some work task when no one is around. My kids loved the unique layout and the pool. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the view. Great family hotel!!! P.S. They are going through a little renovation, but you couldn't hear anything in your room.

We primarily stay at Best Westerns but this is the only one I wouldn't recommend. -Extremely thin walls and our room was only about 100 feet from a very active railroad and could hear everything in the rooms surrounding us. -Bring extra blankets cause the ones provided are extremely thin (we ended up buying some from Burlington down the road) -Our room wasn't what was pictured. We got a room that was more on par with a Motel 6 room with vinyl floors. -Our room was too far from the wifi router so didn't reach out room. - Toilet didn't flush properly so would have to flush multiple times (even if just pee) -Way too expensive for what we got (was about $160/night) -Hot tub out of service and covered (even though even when checking in, was told the hot tub was open) -Only 1 key given due to them not having enough keys to give the normal 2 Positive -The breakfast was really good with plenty of options

This is the worst best western I have ever stayed in. They were so kind to put me in a room next to the pool with the screaming kids when I wanted to go to bed. The website doesn't tell you that the train tracks are just a few feet away from the east end of the building where my room happened to be. So you get the feel the rumble of the trains several times a night. If you want a quiet night sleep don't stay at this best western. I would recommend the motel 6 down the road, away from the trains. I should of read the other reviews before booking a room.

The people were great. The building? Not so much. Our room was on the farther side of the building, and upstairs, which meant that we had no water pressure. It took the toilet over 10 full seconds to fully flush, when it should take 2 or 3. If anyone wanted to take a shower, good luck. If literally anyone else in the building was using enough water, there wasn't even enough pressure to activate the showerhead. Add to that the fact that the bathroom door knob would not lock or latch properly. Anyone could just push it open if they wanted to. It also shows on their google listing that they are wheelchair accessible. This is not entirely true. Since you don't usually get to pick your room, you don't know if you would be on the second floor or not. They do not have an elevator. This was fine for us, as we are not handicapped, but I thought I would put that out there in case anyone happens to need it. If you are handicapped and booking with this hotel, you should probably talk to them to make sure you are not put on the second floor.
