- LCLiz CushmanAug 27, 20264.0Excellent customer service from valet to front desk to bell staff. Clean, modern, minimalist room. Nespresso machine in the room. Ear plugs and a white noise machine provided for inevitable planes, trains, and automobiles sounds from outside. Beautiful view of the river. You can stream from your phone to the tv. Comfortable bed. Water pressure in shower could be better, but rainfall shower head and handheld are provided. I’d love better lighting in the bathroom for makeup application. Uniquely scented shampoo/soap/conditioner/lotion. Seating is a bit limited, a loveseat would be a nice touch. But overall a nice stay, especially combined with dinner at ElGaucho.

The person whose valet kept looking away from me being distracted I asked him if he could help me with my back he said yes. I had three bags. I carried one and turned around. He had left me there and my two bags were on the street. I turned to him to tell him my bags were on the street. He goes. Oh I go up to my room get everything done lay down only to find out the TV was cracked and didn’t work. No offer to make that Wright of a man change of rooms at 11 o’clock. Get up in the morning no one here to help you get your bags down awful for the price I will never stay here again.

We're here for a wedding - so glad the Couple chose this place for the event. Worked with Richard, manager at the front desk, to handle a little thing that came up, and he was oh so helpful. Thank you Richard for your help, and thank you Indigo for a great experience. Five stars to these guys for sure.
- THTricia HJul 31, 20265.0I am working with this hotel on hosting a very large and quite complex film festival for 2027. They have been exceptionally attentive. El Gaucho will be catering the opening GALA in their Edgewater Ballroom. The view is stunning. I toured the property and checked out the guest-rooms. They are very modern, clean, and well decorated. Despite the moving parts and having to wait on the parts to move, so we can move forward, they are still very accommodating. If I didn’t already live here this is where I’d stay if I were to visit. I have recommended this hotel to friends who want to come up and visit apart from my business dealings.
