  First time staying at a BWP and staying in the city of Vancouver. Stayed from June 4-7 Was here for a medical seminar and chose this location. Had the pleasure of dealing with Kendra and Mileena at the front desk. They were both kind, respectful, helpful and overall lovely individuals. We had a room on the fourth floor and upon entry the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean as well and very modern, something hard to come by. I was also surprised there was a standing shower that for once wasn’t a tub! An actual standing shower, a most welcomed change. The location is prime as well. Close to grocery stores, shake shack, raising canes, and about a 15 minute drive from Portland International Airport. The other cool thing is that they have a robot security guard roaming the parking lot at night, a neat piece of technology and hilarious as well. The thing looks like those Daleks from Dr. Who. I’d like to thank the front desk, cleaning staff and everyone else for making this stay wonderful. Wishing you all the best and if I’m back I know where to stay.

  So far so good. Love the tiled bath. Beds are super comfy. Was able to trade out the cable box for my steam deck.

  Nice clean hotel. Good amenities and location. The waitress, Jerry, at the restaurant was incredibly rude and harsh to my friends. There was hair in the coffee. The eggs were meh. Toast burnt. But nothing burnt me more than having her attempt to take my plate while I was still eating my sausage. She was so rude to my friends. I will update this later... But I have never in my 50 years of traveling been treated so rudely. At the end, after the desk clerk handled the bill. Jerry came at me with the bill. Jerry. It was all Jerry. She will cost them a lot of money. My friends are really nice people. It takes a lot to upset them. I was super polite and let my friends handle it. They lady at the front desk was sweet. But Jerry ... Its 11:02 am. I just left.

  I had to extend my stay here as my whole house was coming for LA then I had a death in my family any way long story short the house keeping absolutely amazing but the woman that is in charge of all was the absolute rude unlike I hear her saying horrible things about her boss in fact there were 3 of us hearing her saying horrible things absolutely horrible things about her boss then I made sure I tipped all the employees and I told them how horrible I thought she was and every single employee said how horrible she was they hated her she’s new but working with the public is something this woman she not do I was the hotel manager would talk to his employees because everybody hates this woman and as the manager she said horrible things about him terrible things I will never stay at this hotel again in my life and I will hotel blog this hotel it’s absolutely horrible the only nice thing was the employee of house keeping the boss of house keeping needs to not work for the public ever she’s is the absolute worst woman I’ve ever seen and to the manager ask your employees what they think of her because everybody hates her she needs to not work with the public and I will be letting corporate know about this woman and to the general manager talk to your staff because everybody and I mean every employee you have can’t stand her

  I came here for my daughter’s 10 th birthday this past weekend. We checked in Friday and her and 2 friends were in the pool playing by 6 pm. I was sitting there watching them and all the sudden I hear somebody scream at the top of their lungs “ HEY!!!! be quiet!” I looked over at him and said excuse me! Do not speak to my children like that! The girls were terrified! We exchanged words and he told my kids to learn how to play without screaming. I told him it’s her birthday ands they are having fun and it’s 6 pm! He and his girlfriend or wife or whatever were clearly intoxicated and drinking while in the hot tub. I went and told the front desk lady what happened and told her my girls are terrified to play now because he scared them. She said she will keep an eye on him. And we could get out and go take a breather outside and she would make us Shirley temples. I told her we will be fine and went back to the pool. She came in and checked on us maybe 15 min later and it was quiet in the pool because my kids were scared to play. So nothing happened. He left the pool and I told him to have a good night and he got mad and called me several names and curse words in front of my girls. He then went to the front desk and complained about us. The front desk lady came in and told me I am not allowed to yell and cuss at other guests! This is where i really have a problem. She didn’t ask me if this happened ,She told me. I told her all I said was have a good night. And I asked her why she felt it was necessary to come tell me to stop what he said I was doing but didn’t do anything to protect me and my girls. She said he was really aggressive with her at the counter and she “flagged him” but if he comes back me and the girls should probably leave to pool area, and if we don’t she would have too shut it down. I told her I found it very concerning that the intoxicated aggressive man was being allowed to behave that way and scared the girls but I was being treated as if I was in the wrong. I told my husband what happened and he called and got upset about the way it was handled. The front desk lady came in after he called ands said that she say told me he wouldn’t be allowed back at the pool. Not true. And that this guy would not be allowed to continue getting alcohol from the bar and he has been cut off. She said we are safe and they are keeping a close eye on him. We left the pool and the guy was at the bar drinking still!!! And i looked over and she is sitting right there, while he continues to get served alcohol. This is beyond disturbing. The fear, the Disruption, and she has no courage to stand up to him and handle properly. She has no business being the decision maker on site if she is scared of doing what’s right and or having the awareness of what was going on. My daughter didn’t want to leave the room the rest of the night and wanted to go home . This place completely failed me and these girls. Shame on her and shame on you guys for allowing somebody who is drunk and disorderly to be aggressive to guests, little girls, and even the front desk lady, and still continue to not only allow it but to keep serving him alcohol. They completely allowed him and contributed to my daughters birthday party being crashed by fear from this aggressive man. I will never stay at this place again Ana would highly recommend if you have kids, do not bring them here! They will not protect your family and would rather take your money at the bar then stand up for what’s right.
