  It’s a 3 star hotel for me, they made me think I was wired because I thought the dryer cost 25 cents when the actual hidden cost was $2.50

  Service is great close to airport. Just giving heads up during my stay there’s ants near the shower since is summer season it’s understandable. The pool is great. They make sure you get everything u needed just let them know.

  I am never disappointed when I stay at a Best Western Hotel. The quality of service and the cleanliness and helpful staff are always a comfort to me. BW is one of the places you know will accommodate your needs. At my last stay, Raven the Associate at Registration was pleasant and so very attentive and friendly.

  Shower cannot be turned on without getting wet, no access but in front of showerhead, water was a trickle, showering took two times as long, room 288 refridgerator makes a loud thumping sound that woke me up four times overnight and I was wearing earplugs. Checkout could not apply BW gift card credit without manager approval and the "manager did not work on the weekends". I could not eat breakfast because it took 20 minutes to checkout.

  Clean spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Nice warm indoor pool. Best breakfast.
