  My reservation was cancelled by mistake and when I got to the front desk I found nothing but good service and willingness to help! Gloria helped me during the whole process which was finding out what happened to my reservation, getting me a new room at a good price, as well as finding me a room that I can check in early; she was so patient and helpful!!!!!!

  Super location just 9 minutes to sea airport and have a great southcenter blvd mall 3 minutes away. Really clean nice breakfast dining area. Easy pancakes making machine. Just few clicks and no more mess. Got everything you need for a good breakfast to start with. Staff is very attentive and friendly Room is very clean and feels like new and easy access to highway to Seattle downtown and much more. It seems a good place to stay and go to airport or home and other attractions. Love their coffee machine in the lobby near breakfast dining area. You can enjoy hot water or coffee 7/24. This amenity is so smart to replace coffee pot in the room. I often don’t use room coffee as concern it may not easy clean and use. Great approach on offering coffee or hot water in lobby. Their mini market offers many quick snacks and food with very reasonable price and it definitely offers great alternatives if you need them. Highly recommend this hotel and love it.

  Recently stayed here. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was hot and very above par for a free hotel breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The free shuttle can take you to the mall and restaurants near by as well as to the airport. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to the front desk staff. I lost one of my air pods while I was working in the lobby. They jumped in to help me search and search, but we just couldn't find it. I was thrilled when they called me the day after I checked out to say they FOUND my air pod and were mailing it to me. The level of care and thoughtfulness blew me away. THANKS!

  Our family stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise, and we had a wonderful experience. We arrived early and were concerned about whether we could leave our luggage before check-in. We called ahead and were assured that we could, and they kept their word. The luggage drop-off process was smooth, and Brianna at the front desk made sure our bags were stored safely. She also went above and beyond to help us check in early. Kudos to Brianna! She truly exemplifies outstanding hospitality and is excellent at her job. The complimentary breakfast was good, and we appreciated the free airport shuttle service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located—about a 10–15 minute walk to public transportation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay before a cruise.

  We stayed here for one night before an overseas trip. At first I was concerned with needing keys to get on the elevator and past some doors, however the staff were fantastic, kind, and efficient and we were able to get into our room early. Facility was clean and they offered a shuttle. Upon our return trip, we stayed at a different hotel...without a doubt, this is THE hotel to stay at. Don't go elsewhere as this was a highlight for Seattle. Breakfast was fantastic, eating area spotless and food constantly stocked. Thank you to the staff for a fantastic stay.
