- MMMeeMay 6, 20261.0Had to stay for 2 nights due to a family emergency. AC was broken. Was not notified of his upon check-in. Room was 80F, could not sleep. The room was disgusting. HAIR all over the place. Drink machine for the breakfast buffet was broken. Ice water dispenser was empty 2 out of 3 attempts. Asked the front desk for a fan and the lady offered me a paper plate to fan myself with. Bless her heart. FYI: The “wellness center” across the street is a methadone clinic. Lots of action all around but that’s not BWs fault

- MNMiranda NoppersApr 13, 20265.0Location is right off the back parking lot of the Tacoma dome with the orca train and lots of bus stops on the other side for easy access to the airport and an amazing restaurant across the street. Amazing amenities as well as beautiful newly renovated rooms with tons of space. Cheap prices and will definitely be booking here my next trip to Tacoma!!!
