I've been twice. First time there was no air conditioning, second time the elevators were not working.
I would not recommend if you have extre back pain or need to elevate your legs. , they do n9t have any accommodation for physically disabled people with back problems if u need to elevate your legs thqe beds are killing my back and my fiasnc3 has a knee injury , scoliosis, and a crooked hip.. hes inso much pain.. I would recommend the Laquinta across from the emerasld Queen cassino. On Portland Ave right by the free away entrance . They have a very good breakfast. The elevators are broken and we can't get outbe aus3 qe are stuck. Especially me I have knee i jury and I can barely walk. Also close to transportation am track. Light rail. And bus transit station the freeway entrance

Nice Hotel and great staff. Rooms clean and comfy. Currently under renovation! Elevators are being replaced so had to take stairs. Great breakfast. 3 Stars only because it is not safe for Truck Drivers or Oversize Vehicles which do not fit in parking garage. Parked directly in front of Hotel. Only place truck would fit. The second night someone smashed my rear passenger window and attempted to break in. Fortunately they did not steal anything, but I was out of packet $475 for a new replacement window and the time it took to get it repaired.
There is a wellness center directly across the street and it attracts vagrants, drug addicts and homeless people night and day! Not the Hotels fault, but beware; most are harmless lost souls, some are violent and belligerent and obviously vandals!
Absolutely terrible customer service and a complete lack of hospitality.
My wife and I were arriving in Tacoma late at night, around 11:30 PM. Shortly before our arrival, we received a text saying the hotel elevators were not working and asking us to confirm whether we wanted to cancel our reservation. That was it. No real assistance, no alternative accommodations, and no effort to help two guests arriving late at night.
We were then told they could give us a room on the second floor. Since it was so late and we had very few options, we reluctantly agreed. About 20 minutes later, they contacted us again and said, sorry, the second-floor room was no longer available and the only option was the third floor.
By this point, it was after 11 PM and we were still trying to figure out where we were going to sleep that night. We asked them to transfer our reservation to another Best Western property. They simply told us they couldn’t do that and offered no meaningful help finding another hotel.
So at nearly midnight, instead of checking into the hotel we had reserved, I was scrambling to find somewhere else for my wife and me to stay.
Equipment breaks. I understand that. What is unacceptable is how a hotel treats its guests when something goes wrong. A hospitality company should help solve the problem, especially when guests are arriving close to midnight. This hotel did the exact opposite.
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with a hotel. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Stay away. There are plenty of other hotels that actually understand what the word “hospitality” means.
**One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I have ever had”
**First Night**
1. At check-in, we were not given clear information or instructions about the hotel or our stay.
2. The elevator was out of service, but there were no staff members available to provide directions or assistance. We had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs just to reach the front desk.
3. The body wash dispenser in the bathroom was completely empty.
** Second Day**
4. We had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, but housekeeping still knocked on our door after 10:48. and made us feel rushed.
5. Although housekeeping serviced the room, the used bath towels were not properly replaced and the correct number of clean towels was not provided\. The hair around the bathroom drain was also left uncleaned.
6. When additional clean towels were brought to our room, we found hair stuck in one of the supposedly clean bath towels. The empty body wash dispenser was still left on the bathroom wall without being refilled.
7. When we reported these issues to the front desk, the staff member seemed impatient and showed little concern about resolving the problems.
**Third Night**
8. Our room was not serviced at all. Nothing had been cleaned or replaced, and even the housekeeping tip we had left was still untouched.
We called the front desk and asked if someone could come and service the room, but we were told that housekeeping had already gone home and nothing could be done.
What surprised us the most was being told that if housekeeping did not see a tip, they might not clean the room. This explanation was extremely difficult to understand. A tip should be a way to thank housekeeping staff for good service, not a condition for receiving basic housekeeping service.
When we brought all of these concerns to the front desk, the staff member simply wrote down some notes and said they would pass them on to the manager the following day.
From the broken elevator and lack of assistance, to the empty body wash, incomplete room cleaning, hair left around the bathroom drain, hair in a supposedly clean towel, an entire day without housekeeping, and the way our concerns were handled, the overall service was extremely disappointing.
第一晚
