  My employer currently has me staying at your hotel, and this was my first time visiting this location. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. The woman at the front desk, who identified herself as Joanna, came across as cold and unfriendly, which was not the welcoming experience I was expecting after a long day of travel. I understand everyone can have difficult days, but first impressions matter, especially in hospitality. I travel frequently for work and spend a lot of time away from home, including holidays and weekends. That can already feel isolating at times, so a warm and professional interaction at check-in really makes a difference. I simply wanted to provide this feedback in hopes that future guests have a better experience.

  The stay itself was acceptable, but my experience with the front desk on my last day was very disappointing and showed a lack of basic hospitality. After staying for four days, I needed to do laundry before leaving the next morning. I only had a $50 bill and asked the front desk if they could break it so I could use the hotel laundry. I was told they could only break a $20. They also do not accept credit or debit cards for laundry. From what I could see, they had smaller bills available, but the concern seemed to be that it might inconvenience them or affect their cash drawer. As a guest, I understand that hotels may have policies and limitations. However, hospitality is not only about having a room available, it is also about helping guests solve simple problems during their stay. Nearby ATMs were not working that day and had to go to a laundromat about 15 minutes away. This may seem like a small issue, but small interactions are exactly where good hospitality shows. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel unsupported as a guest and left a very negative impression of the service culture at this property.

  We stayed there because of their shuttle service and it turned out to be great. Very nice rooms and helpful staff. Our driver Gina was very friendly and informative. We'll be back next trip.
