  My only issue was not enough outlets in the rooms. Everything about our stay was pretty awesome. It would have been nice to have more outlets but we were able to manage. The staff was great, breakfast was great, the pool was great. They allow animals which was a true blessing. Not everyone cleaned up after their dogs but that is on the pet owner. Our stay was a five star plus overall.

  We were in crisis with the Spokane Fires as we were in the Level 3 evacuation area. The BestWestern had 1 room available and they took our pet without question. We were absolutely thrilled with the accommodations but the staff, especially Nesha Howard at the front desk, were just awesome. My wife and I have stayed in everything from the Four Seasons to Motel 6 and here at Best Western Spokane North, we had the best, most friendly service that was equal to or in most cases better than anywhere we’ve stayed. The rooms were large and well appointed, the free breakfast was better than most and the breakfast area was very clean! The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, a big challenge in the face of the fires and hazardous smoke conditions, and the fact the hotel was completely booked for the week we had to stay there. They were constantly busy with phone calls and check-in and check-out but the staff was friendly and exceptionally efficient. My biggest thanks to Nesha and all the staff that we had the pleasure to interact with. Awesome job!

  This is our 1st choice when staying in Spokane. The hotel is nice, breakfast has a good variety and the pool is one of the warmer ones we've been in when traveling.

  A hotel is as strong as their cleaning department which was amazing! The hotel room was pristine cleanliness. Simple and clean… even though it was pet friendly! I gave 4 stars because the bed was so used that the mattress felt concave where people have laid. It was tolerable and I’m a princess sleeper so it did hinder me and my partners sleep. When you’re charging $150 minimum per room you can afford decent new mattresses.
