  I had a wonderful experience staying here! The front office team was absolutely amazing—so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The lovely lady who served breakfast deserves a special mention. She was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive, Room service professional . You can really tell that everyone on the team works hard to take care of their guests and make sure everything runs smoothly. I truly appreciate all their effort and excellent service. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back and would happily recommend this hotel to others!

  Was pleasantly surprised with this location. Rooms were clean and buffet was decent. Was worth the price imo and good location if interested in going to Olympic National Park or Port Angeles. Would stay again.

  Easy on and off of 101 in Sequim, people are friendly and helpful, I travel for work and have stayed at lots of Holiday inn's across washington but this was my first time at this location and I'm not disappointed at all, it's an older hotel but nicely remodeled, clean, quiet and comfy not much eles is required lol.

  We had a very poor experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Sequim. It started with being assigned a room with a connecting door. The family on the other side had a small child who started screaming and running around the room starting at 6:00 a.m. The front desk asked the family to keep the noise down, so credit to them here for promptly taking care of it. The main issue is that we found a live bed bug on one of the beds. The next morning, we went to the front desk to inform the receptionist that we had found a bed bug the previous night. At first, she seemed unfazed by this and didn't really say anything. When I asked her if this was normal at the hotel, she seemed to take it more seriously and asked if we had any proof. Fortunately, we took a picture and emailed it to the hotel, and she said she would pass it on to her manager. We later came down to check out and were helped by the manager. She said nothing, so I asked her if she had heard about our problem and seen the picture. She then said that she had heard, would send someone over to inspect the room, and would contact us to let us know what they found. There was no attempt at an apology or any indication that she was going to acknowledge how gross the situation was. It has been over three days, and we haven't heard a single word from her or the hotel. The general pros were (1) the room was otherwise reasonably clean, and (2) the Tesla Superchargers were located in the parking lot. I know there aren't a lot of hotel options in Sequim, but I would definitely go elsewhere.
