Right in the heart of Seattle, not too far from Pike place market and Seattle waterfront. Was able to get a room so we can be downtown for 4th of July and got amazing service with Jess P., Yobobi and Chris Z. Thank you so much for this experience

Honestly, if there were just one issue I wouldn't care, but there were lots of little things on this stay which were a bit annoying. It feels like the hotels renovations have outpaced their actual abilities and because of that, the guest has these weird issues.
At the start, I noticed a hole in the ceiling above the shower. No cameras in it, but it was definitely weird that whoever did maintenance on the ceiling left a nice hole in the ceiling... then, as others have mentioned, water is a consistent problem here. From toilets not flushing and showers not draining to simply not being able to get hot water, it seems like their plumbing needs an upgrade. The bathroom was also generally dingy. The tub plug mechanism was old and would fall a bit during a shower causing water to rise above your ankles. The pictures of the bathrooms are left out of almost all rooms except for the lowest tier and the highest tier so you have no idea what youre booking on the website for it. The rooms are also generally smaller than what I have found elsewhere for similar or better prices nearby. (Also what's with the pillows? Did you forget to order full sized ones from Amazon recently? Why is everything throw sized?)
Wifi was also an issue here. I had to use local cafes and my Hotspot since the wifi was so slow and inconsistent in speed. If you're planning on getting work done you might need to walk to another business.
Aside from that, the staff was professional, if a bit aloof, and the location was nice enough but it was extremely expensive for what I got. I could have received similar accommodations for a lower price, with better hot water and free breakfast at another hotel. I know because I did it last year. I only came here because there was a special that interested me and made it only a little more expensive than another hotel.
Ultimately, unless you're getting an absolute killer deal at this hotel its probably better to stay at another larger chain until they fix these issues.
It was a great location and rhe rooms were nice. However, they didn't offer a real shampoo and a real conditioner in the bathroom just an all in one which is unusable. Also, to wash your hands they only provided a very small hard hand soap and not liquid hand soap. Having in the bathroom 3 items for the shower (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) is expected in all good hotels as is some liquid hand soap at the sink. Other than that they were very good but not having a real shampoo for me is a deal breaker.

The Warwick is in a perfect location walking distance to most attractions in Seattle! The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. Especially grace and Les! Rooms were comfortable! And the shower had great pressure. Would highly recommend

We were upgraded to a suite for a low amount. I wish I did not take the downgrade. The air conditioners, all three of them did not work, it never got below 77 degrees. It was built in the 80s, and it has not been redone, except for the tvs. The furniture is old and stained. The walls and ceilings are disgusting and you could tell they've had problems. In the view was nothing to write home about. It was definitely not worth the money, it was a horrible hot experience.Thank the lord it was only one night. The evening front desk guy, looked was kind of weird looking his suit did not look like it fit, it was wrinkled and stained. The drink machine wasn't working, we told him that, he pretty much had fit and was unhelpful. We were not gonna talk to him anymore, even if it was uncomfortably hot in our room.:(
