  The location is the only decent thing about this hotel. Haven’t even checked in yet and this hotel alone has disrupted our whole day. Told we could check in at 12 when we called same day of check in showed up at 1 told we had to wait a hour come back and they said no check in is at 4 “ wait longer” word for word. We come back AGAIN and they said we can’t guarantee your room will be ready at 4. I received better accommodations at the holiday inn the night before wish I wouldn’t be out the money and I would leave an go back. Zero stars if possible

  We came to the hotel to watch the World Cup Kristen out bar tender was soooo much fun and recommended the best drinks for what we needed to have a great time! She was a jack of all trades got us food and drinks so efficiently we could’ve swore she had a team with her! Thank you Kristen for making our first time in Seattle a fantastic one! Thanks Kristen you’re one in a million!

  We stayed at Staybridge on May15th. We checked in around 8pm, we were hungry so we decided to order the fries from Cafe and pizza from vending machine. The person serving at the Cafe Emma tried to charge it on my visa card, but it didn't go through so she asked me try it again with the same items which went trough. I got charged twice on my card, one charge applied under Even Hotel, one under Vending Machine. I was able to talk to account manager Sarah to resolve this after 5 attempts of calling. She agreed to issue credit for that amount but so far I have not received it. Today I called 6 times to the main number and I get is a incorrect number. Then I called the number that was on the Cafe receipt, it goes through voice mail.Left few messages but no reply back. The service and management at this hotel is terrible. Please don't use your card twice at this place or check the charges on CCARD before you leave to take care of the issue. Rooms had mold smell as well. It doesn't have proper entrance from main road, The service at this place terrible! I wouldn't go there again! The issue is still not resolved.

  Great clean rooms. But I did have a couple issues. First. My TV was busted and the color was messed up. Almost like someone crashed into it. And the second was there was never enough seating in the morning at breakfast. We had 6 in our party so it was very difficult at times. But with that being said there were some great things to say. Shower was great! Beds were good and clean. It's close to the freeway and easy to get to the space needle. I would say here again.

  Got the chance to stay at this hotel this past week. Great location, amazing customer service, clean, loved the breakfast service. My only complaints: 1: the price $ of course I will want lower prices lol. 2 : the bar closes too early, there was a couple night we were getting there at 9 pm wanting a cold beer but the bar was already close. Just that, Im still giving them 5 stars ⭐️ because our experience was amazing overall, we fell in love with Seattle and we will be staying here definitely.
