  Price hike for the Wold Cup, I left something there and after numerous calls and promised to call back nobody bothered even checking for my item I forgot in the hotel! Do not recommend.

  Booked this through IHG to play tourist in Seattle for a week. It's within walking distance to the Seattle Center so that was a huge bonus for us. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are good sized, the bed was comfy, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent for hotel breakfast. All in all a good place to stay.

  Extremely rude staff. My call was initially refused by the front desk staff, and when I finally did get transferred to them by the IHG representative, I was immediately yelled at and berated. The issue was the rate code on my reservation, and instead of telling me that calmly and clearly, the staff on duty just immediately went to accusations and disrespect. I can take responsibility for my part with the wrong rate code, as it was my first time booking in this manner, but the staff absolutely should have clarified with me that that's what the issue was, as I had absolutely no idea because nowhere had that been mentioned as being the issue. It wasn't until I called the IHG hotline back that this information was relayed to me, by someone else. It's also impossible to get a hold of the actual on-site front desk, and don't be surprised if you just get hung up on like I was.

  Horrible experiencia. Servicio deplorable. Desayuno incluido incompleto y de muy mala calidad. Para peor, deje un objeto dentro del cuarto post check out y no me lo devolvieron, a pesar de pedirlo. Justificación: la encargada de turno Trixie no tenía las llaves del cuarto donde se encontraban los objetos perdidos a reclamar. No había acceso disponible. La gerenta Vanetia Howard estaba ausente. Falta de eficiencia operativa llamativa. Lo único que salva a este hotel es su ubicación. No aconsejo a nadie quedarse aquí, al menos que fuese necesario. De quedarse en este Holiday Inn, favor recordar la naturaleza operativa extremadamente ineficiente de sus procesos y su personal. Adjunto foto de tarjeta de la responsable de un servicio terrible.

  Talk about a nightmare! I booked 1 nt at this hotel as a gift to my brother in law with my IHG points. I am a Diamond Elite IHG member because of how often I choose to stay with IHG for business. I've never had an issue using my points for someone. I called this hotel for over an hour to be certain they knew the guest's name that would be staying. I called corporate 3 times for help getting in contact with an employee at the hotel. We could not get anyone to pick up the phone. Corporate advised me to email the manager, Vanetia Howard. I did so and went to bed (had to get up at 4 am on the east coast and it was very late). After the amount of frustration I had encountered, I did neglect to include the conf # however I stated my name and the email address it was sent from was the one IHG had on file. When my in-laws arrived, they called my wife stating I had to answer my phone. As usual I was not home and had already fallen asleep and didn't wake up. They would not take my wife's word along with her ID showing we indeed shared a last name and address. Sienna, who was at the front desk, also refused to accept the email as proof. Sienna then refused to let my wife pay for the room over the phone even with the ability to facetime, show ID, etc. We've wasted hours trying to get this resolved. Our booking was canceled and my in-laws were charged to stay. Now, we STILL can't get anyone at the hotel to answer the phone and corporate is no help saying every location is owned & operated by individuals. I want my in-laws refunded and my points used for this night. How on earth can you run a successful business when no one will answer the phone. I wish I could give this negative stars. Answer your phone and make this right!
