- RHRobert HouchinsMay 12, 20261.0Front desk was not friendly and they were dismissive and not helpful at all. When I asked for a manager they just stood there looking at me. The sales staff failed at taking care of paperwork ahead of my arrival. I will not be back willingly. The manager was not helpful either. This was the most incompetent front desk and management I have ever seen in a hotel.

It suggested this hotel because of several advantages: - Good value for the price, with clean and well-maintained facilities - Convenient access to public transportation - Close to great restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores - Near downtown and popular attractions, yet still clean, safe, and pleasant for walking at night And after staying here, I can say all of those points were absolutely accurate. However, before booking, I read some reviews mentioning that the hotel was under renovation and could be noisy. Since I was traveling with elderly family members who are light sleepers, I emailed the hotel in advance to request a quiet room. I was informed that the renovation work would be completed by April 17, so noise would no longer be an issue. When I arrived, I was a little disappointed to see that construction was still ongoing at the front of the hotel. I mentioned my request for a quiet room again, and the front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. They recommended Room 624 on the 6th floor, which was far away from noisy areas both inside and outside the hotel. Thanks to that, we ended up having a truly wonderful stay here.

Great options for breakfast 🥞 you do use paper and plastic cutlery however is an express thing ! Walking distance to mono rail,Space needle and Churly gardens and science museum.
