An amazing hotel with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The views are absolutely breathtaking! I also loved the delicious restaurant and beautiful spa. I especially recommend the pedicure. I would love to come back!

I rarely leave hotel reviews, but this stay deserves an exception.
I travel extensively and regularly stay in luxury hotels. In Four Season hotels in London and Washington, D.C., I have experienced a very different level of refinement and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the Four Seasons Seattle fell far short of what I would expect in this category and at this price point.
The biggest issue by far was the room itself. The sound insulation was remarkably poor, with traffic noise clearly audible throughout the night. Sleep is the most basic thing a hotel should provide, regardless of category. Frankly, I have slept better in YMCA hostels. For a hotel at this level and price, this was unacceptable.
There was also a surprising lack of thoughtful touches: no welcome amenity or fresh fruit, while the complimentary water came in plain cardboard cartons. More tellingly, a small Boeing toy airplane was displayed in the room with a note saying it could be purchased for $25. Rather than charming, this felt unnecessarily commercial and out of place in a luxury hotel.
The staff were courteous and the location is excellent, but overall there was a surprising gap between the Four Seasons reputation and the experience delivered here. For me, true luxury is not about the name or the price, but about comfort, generosity and attention to detail. Unfortunately, those qualities were largely missing from this stay.

Great location… 3 minutes walk to Pike Place Market. Great matcha and coffee shops, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Nice views of the Puget Sound and Olympic mountains on a clear day. Staff is always kind and accommodating. Spacious, well-appointed rooms with down comforter and pillows. Quiet! Highly recommended.

Let me say my facial with Athea was 10/10 and I will be back. The spa was a mess. I’ve complained to the spa manager in the past about this. With the new renovation I was hoping that management would take this as an opportunity to be on brand, however that was not the case. Staff did not have the customer service that FS is known for. They were annoyed and curt. I watched the front desk woman walk past the mess and not address this. When I did complain, they cleaned up but left the garbages full. Disappointing because the spa is beautiful.
