A great birthday stay-cation, As expected from the FS service was incredible regardless of who we spoke with. A lovely hotel that is tastefully decorated, modern amenities, and tech-forward extras like a TV IN the bathroom mirror.
Service requests were always fulfilled promptly and with a smile.
The location is really stellar - we recommend a room with a view of the water!
From arrival to departure we were happy with everything.
We highly recommend :)

Called to make a reservation and the woman I spoke to in the reservations department was condescending, short, and rude. Incredibly concerning and discouraging, especially when I not only wanted to give her business (which she clearly did not seem interested in), and was nicer to her than she was to me. Very unprofessional and not what you would expect from a hotel charging over $1,000 a night.

I recently stayed at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and had a really comfortable experience. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly without being overbearing, and the location made it easy to explore the waterfront and nearby attractions. The only minor downside was that check-in took a little longer than I expected, but everyone was courteous and kept me updated. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, and I would gladly choose this hotel again when visiting Seattle.

After my stay here, I will never stay in a Four Seasons hotel again. Please see my review of the Goldfinch Tavern on premises for added context.
While certain staff was friendly, namely at the spa, the level of service was severely lacking. We have stayed in five star hotels all over the world. That isn't meant to be pretentious, but rather to frame that we understand what a five star experience entails. This experience left a lot to be desired.
The main pain point was booking with Chase Edit and the promised amenities that were either worthless or the staff failed to honor. We did not receive a welcome amenity as promised, the meal we were forced to have to use the $100 dinning credit was food that I wouldn't feed to my dog, and the breakfast was not free. A $40/ person breakfast credit was provided, but a signature breakfast with coffee after the automatically applied tip and tax would run closer to $65; $50 for 2 after those credits. After waking up parched like I was wandering the desert from having a few bites from the Goldfinch, we did not feel the need to pay an above market rate for what would likely be a bad breakfast that was supposed to be free. I did receive a room upgrade and an early checkin. The biggest pain point came with late check out that was promised but then withdrawn. I called to confirm after frustration over the poor value offered and the manager informed me that I could not receive the promised benefit. This completely disrupted the plans we had.
Additionally, we booked this hotel specifically for the spa, but the steam room was filled with paint buckets and not operational.
There is nothing extraordinary about this hotel. Service is average at best. Food was the only bad meal we ate in a terrific food scene. Room was not special. For $1200/ night, it is not worth close to the price for admission.
I am done with the Four Seasons. Good luck.

The hotel is beautiful. However, this was supposed to be a memorable night for my husbands birthday. I requested beer and a cake to the room. There was a system error supposedly and he didn’t receive it. I went to the desk, they send it late that night. Too late to enjoy by the time we got back from dinner. I requested sleep masks, never got them. The final straw was after I inquired on a chat about transportation, said NO because it was ridiculously expensive, I was then charged 6 days later for a limo I never booked nor used. Now I’m out $685 while they “look into it”.
