The room was comfortable and clean and relaxing for when I needed rest. Overall it was My first time at an even hotel and it was Magical!
- RMRylee MadisonSep 4, 20265.0Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very clean and very nice. The gentleman who checked us in was kind and helpful discussing our public transportation options. There’s shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and lotion mounted on the wall in the bathroom which were very convenient. This also might be the first hotel I’ve seen with liquid hand soap in the bathrooms instead of the crappy little bars of soap, which I was very excited about .. haha The neighborhood felt very safe. The underground parking garage was $45, which is a bit annoying after already paying so much for a room but oh well. He did say there was typically plenty of street parking available; I just chose to pay the extra for convenience. We came to town for a concert at T Mobile park, and I’d say the drive from here to there was pretty easy, not a long drive, and our Ubers costed less than I expected. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again !

While the bar was slow, we watched her go above and beyond—not just taking care of guests, but actually using scissors to trim the excess carpet around the bar. That level of attention to detail and dedication says a lot about someone’s work ethic. She clearly takes pride in the EVEN Hotel and her role there. Kristen was friendly, attentive, and hardworking, and she definitely deserves recognition for going the extra mile. Great job, Kristen!

The staff is nothing but spectacular, wonderful, and helpful for everything you need and if you are lucky you will be assisted by Salem at the front desk, who is easily the best hotel employee I have encountered. This experience before our cruise was something my family and I have greatly enjoyed and was an amazing way to start our vacation. For anyone looking to explore the city before a cruise, or just the city itself, stay here and you will not regret it.
