  I had the opportunity to stay at the Even Hotel in Seattle for a business trip. The facility was great but Kristen in the bar/ restaurant was amazing! She made a connection and was great to talk to. I highly recommend making a visit whether you are staying at the Even or in another hotel.

  Great service from the front desk team, espeically appriciated Salen's kind help with keeping the luggages, also helped us to arrange the back to back reservation in the same room so we dont have to be hustle moving the luggages between rooms. Salen provided professional service as well as remembered customer's name with their need. Thanks EVEN.

  Very mid hotel absolutely ruined by the parking. The furnishings are very mediocre (the building is shared with a Staybridge). Seems dingy and worn around the edges, but clean enough. Good location, most of the staff was nice. The thing that absolutely ruins it is the parking. There are 2 spots to check in, both of which were occupied, so we had to circle around until there was an availability. The actual entrance to the parking is in an alley, so if they actually paid a valet it wouldn’t be bad. The actual lot is tiny, has some VERY tight turns, multiple gates, just really confusing and anxiety inducing. Will not be back.

  We had an amazing experience at this hotel, especially because of the exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Daniel was incredibly kind and helpful. He listened to our concerns and immediately assisted us with moving to a better room. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and we truly appreciated how responsive and accommodating he was. The level of service made a real difference in our stay. We are very grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the staff. Excellent customer service! The only con is that they don’t clean rooms for some reason, we even asked twice and still haven’t received any housekeeping services.

  We stayed at this hotel over 4th of July weekend, and our experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the lobby was packed with people and it took awhile to check in. Then, we needed some assistance in our rooms - a fold out bed that arrived without proper bedding. We also needed a couple toothbrushes. Reception wouldn't pick up the phone, even though we called repeatedly. The next morning, we were waking up in our room when we heard a few quick knocks on the door, then "housekeeping!". We hadn't called housekeeping at all. As soon as the person walked in, they realized they were in the wrong room, turn around, and left. This implies that staff have universal keys and can walk into any room they want at any time. A massive misstep, in my opinion! On the plus side, the rooms are decent and clean with comfortable beds. There is yoga and stretching equipment, as well as several motivational sayings on the walls. Our room overlooked Mercer, which is one of my least favorite streets in Seattle, but I suppose it could be interesting if you are visiting from out of town. SLU is basically owned and operated by Amazon, which means the area is clean and tidy, but also means that it lacks local flair. Seattle center and downtown are accessible by 15-20 minute walks.
