  Cameron and Chris made our stay absolutely amazing!!! Cameron was so funny and educational! Chris went above and beyond with service. I will definitely be coming back to hopefully see them again. The room had a view of the space needle and the bed was very comfortable. Location, location, location! We easily walked to a baseball game, dinner and the market. Great stay! Thanks for the amazing service!

  We checked in today and ask for a hypogeniric room since I have allergies to perfumes and smells, first you walk into the lobby and the perfume or air fresher smell is intoxicating, go into our suite to rest, I am suffocating from whatever they spray in the room, my nose and eyes are scratching ,cant tolerate it, wearing two mask to sleep, tomorrow we ask to change, but I think they are all like that, so why advertise that. unbearable.Why do you use those strong smells?

  Great hotel, but they need to address the thin wall issue. Why are we hearing the guy in the next room snoring? It ruined my rest, which is why I would never book this place ever again.Either he is a loud snorer or the walls or thin either way that ruined my stay. Responding with an apology is not what I wanted, I wanted some sleep and for $400 this hotel is definitely not worth it. Woke up out my sleep at 2a in the morning to some loud snoring that's in an adjacent room. That's insane. I could've paid $80 for a room if I knew I wasn't going to be able to sleep

  Apart from Eric who greeted us upon first coming to the hotel, the other staff are just not helpful at all. We needed to extend our checkout by one hour as I have an important meeting. They told us they clean from 2-4pm. I needed a one hour extension which would be 12-1pm, but they did not accommodate at all. They then told us that they offer a premium check out service but only for members. No help in finding a solution. Also then walls are paper thin and we could hear the people next to us and everything they said or did which made it hard to sleep. Probably wouldn’t stay again. Service wasn’t what I would expect given the price, at all. Very disappointing.

  This hotel is conveniently located at the top of Mount Everest. Be sure to have adequate provisions and an extra oxygen tank before starting the climb! (To be fair, all of downtown Seattle is on the side of a hill and you're going to end up walking uphill at some point. Pro tip: If you're coming from the Link Light Rail station at Symphony, walk to the exit at University St, and take University to 5th Ave. It's a block out of the way, but you avoid the much steeper grade on Seneca Street.) As for the hotel, only very minor complaints: 2 of my 5 days, cleaning service didn't arrive until around 4:30-5:00 pm. Since it was just me and I always had an extra clean towel, it wasn't a big deal. Also, the fridge in my room was unusually cold. (Usually I have the opposite problem with hotel fridges!) I was consistently having my water bottles freeze solid. Overall, good stay and I would come back. Just, with hiking boots next time!
