  Stayed at Crowne Plaza Seattle Downtown and had a really good experience overall. The hotel was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and we were lucky to get a really nice view from our room. The location was convenient and the staff were pleasant during our stay. Everything felt well-maintained and relaxing. The only downside was that breakfast was not included (they have cafeteria 2nd floor where you can buy food), but aside from that, it was a great stay and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Seattle.

  I write this review because our breakfast server, Phillip, was the best waiter we have had in many years. My wife and I dine out several times a week and I rarely write reviews, but his service was so exceptional we had to bring attention to it. Management should take note of this individual. He was friendly and attentive and had a great positive attitude that you never see anymore from any employee. Overall, he was exceptional.

  Cameron provided exceptional customer service from the day I made my booking. I was upgraded to a beautiful suite on the 34th floor, which made our stay even more special. Andrea also helped us with our room situation, and we were very happy with the resolution. I saw Cameron again at checkout, and she was incredibly sweet and welcoming. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Director of Front Office, Jyoti, and I would also like to mention Katie — such a lovely lady. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable!

  Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Seattle Downtown for a work trip and had a very good experience. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well designed, with a good TV setup and quality bathroom amenities. Breakfast was tasty with generous portions, though a bit pricey. The standout here is the staff. Cam at reception was fantastic, Shawn from management was warm and genuinely attentive, Philip who served me Breakfast was delightful, and everyone from the bar staff to housekeeping was friendly and welcoming. Only issue was a noisy A/C unit at night, but the team offered to switch rooms right away, which was appreciated. Great downtown location—easy walk to the waterfront and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Would definitely stay again.

  Stayed for a couple of nights on a family trip. Nice view, accommodations were comfortable. Had a glance in the top level executive meeting rooms and platinum level, even better view there. Room service was very quick and well portioned. It's positioned in a decent enough location for exploring the city. Walked a few blocks down to Pike Place and was able to use a bus to get to the downtown space needle area. There's also a monorail that is more practical to get between the two downtown areas (if you know where it is). It is several very steep blocks downhill to get to the piers. We didn't use their restaurant for any other meals, but there are multiple great breakfast stops in the area and a few bodegas and other restaurants worth walking to.
