  We had the worst check in experience. We booked a king bed with sofa bed and the lady at the front said we only get a king bed no sofa bed after a long day of traveling with young kids. Then we go upstairs to the room and it did have a broken sofabed hence probably why the lady said there is no sofabed and that she doesn't know how the rooms work or look like before since she has only seen them once. She seemed careless and untrained. You should know if you work there and especially if there is no manager on site as there was none on site during our 2 day stay. Bridget the manager was supposed to call me today and never did. We have stay at countless hotels and this has NEVER happened before. This was a very disappointing experience and feels like this hotel doesn't care about its guests.

  The photos on the website are deceiving. The room was a bit depressing with worn walls and worn out sofa. The sofa bed that we planned to have our 13 yo sleep on was so uncomfortable, you can feel the coils poking through. No sheets handy for it either. We ended up laying a blanket over the sofa for him to sleep on. The bed pillows were flattened out. The bathroom floor had a nickel sized drip of dried blood. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty, and empty tissue dispenser. The AC units were difficult to adjust, cranking out cold air when set to 75 so we had to keep it off and sleep warm. The shuttle was punctual and driver friendly--a plus.

  Set your expectations appropriately and this is five star for what it is. It’s not the Marriott or the Hilton, but everything is clean, well kept, functional and is a great place to spend the night. I felt safe and comfortable with my family here. The breakfast in the morning was solid and the coffee was surprisingly good. I guess that’s just a Seattle thing! Would definitely stay here again. Shuttle from the airport went well. No bumps or glitches. Nice clean new van.

  Hotel seemed like a renovated motel, definitely not more than a 2-2.5 star hotel while Hotwire advertised it as 3.5 stars. No ac in hallways, with the LOUDEST window unit in each room. Hallways weren’t super clean. Room was clean with newer furniture. Great proximity to airport and walking distance to a few restaurants. Shuttle was fine.

  If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. As someone mentioned a lady was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my stay. On top of that, I understand the fact that this is around World-cup season but the pricing felt completely unreasonable for the quality of service provided. The overall experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely would not stay here again. Again the key for the room didn't work for over 30mins and no one was at the front desk to help. I'm never coming back for surestay cancel the booking if u can
