  Typical airport hotel, one of many close in. No frills, sterile environment, cheap construction, squeezed in behind a Comfort Inn with similar cheap feel inside and out. Yet proximity to the airport is the purpose and reason to stay. Difficult parking. Check-in is a 12 x12’ space. Nice staff, decent, clean rooms. Trains were noisy but not an issue. Double the cost that I expected, but that’s Seattle.

  If it weren’t for the location I would NEVER stay again. Upon our return from cruise we were called by the owner and were notified that our rooms (4) were being cancelled because we had not arrived by 630 pm. (?) I had already did our check in via app for an arrival time of 930 pm. Told her that and she stated she needed credit card info. The room was already paid for in advance for four months. We then arrive and waited in line for over 20 min to get checked in. Half hour later she calls up to the room and states one of the rooms weren’t paid for. At this point I was about to lose it. Walk back down as the elevator was NOT working and had an expired permit from April 2026. Arrive at the desk and thank goodness the night mgr took over and fixed everything. So ridiculous! Rooms were musty and the one room the floor was soaked. Electrical sockets with no covers and AC did not work with a black electrical sockets let from where it had burned prior. RESPONSE TO MGR: If that was your clerk (whom she stated was “one of the owners” she needs to be terminated for lying. The EXACT SAME CARD was utilized for payment that wasn’t paid per the “clerk”! If there are more than a certain amount of people trying to check in, you desperately need to seek help as others waited well over half hour just to check in. I have pictures of water all over the elevator and its floor as well as the expired elevator permit which is to be displayed at all times per WA state statues.

  Most hacked job remodel Why would you even put somebody in a room when the door is physically falling apart in the bathroom and then tell me if there’s something damage in your room, you will have to owe $100 now I have to go downstairs and tell you that your room is messed up!! No discount nothing no apologies. Just a note put in our chart that our room was like this before we came into it… No air-conditioning in the lobby Breakfast with decent If you order an Uber, you need to stand outside and look for them because they will go to the Front hotel and not yours!

  This is a tricky review to write . The hotel is clean and adequate. The room was very spacious, with all the facilities you would expect, and comfortable ,we liked it. The free shuttle was first class. The breakfast was fine. The two reception staff one of whom was very new, were lovely and very helpful, offering great advice on where to eat locally etc. However, an error was made which resulted in us being charged twice for the hotel. This was later sorted out with full refund of the overpayment a few days later. Our biggest concern was that we were woken, late at night by another couple trying to access our room as they had been allocated, and given a key for the same room. Fortunately we always put the security latch on, which prevented their entry, though not the disturbance. This is a big security issue. Later that same night we were again woken, this time by the telephone , the staff member apologised for us being disturbed by the event. Next morning we were woken very early by the telephone giving us an early morning alarm call , which we didn't place, presumably ordered by the other couple who had been allocated our room. Had this not happened we would have happily given the hotel a 4 star review.
