The hotel is conveniently located near the Airport and has a 24 hour shuttle. The staff is super kind and accommodating. The rooms are your basic budget rooms but they were clean. Overall a nice spot for a layover.

Great location close to the airport with parking and shuttle available.. came back to my car with a dead battery and lucky enough the shuttle driver had jumper cables and helped us out!

Don’t ever use the 800-number to book online they make promises that the hotel will not follow through with. I was told there would be no early checkout fee and then when my daughter checked in, she was told that she would only be able to keep the room for seven hours or there would be a $50 fee. The room was needed when her flight was diverted back to Seattle and she was flying with three kids couldn’t get another flight out until 3:15 in the next afternoon is 3:30 in the morning and she needed to get the kids to bed so I got our hotel room paid $200 and was told that she would have to check out by noon or pay an additional $50 when I made the reservation and paid for the hotel room, I was promised three different times that that would not be the case.

If you stay, LOCK ALL YOUR DOOR LOCKS! They do NOT CARE about your PRIVACY! I normally stay at Best Western, but will not be anymore based on the lack of respect and follow up on a very disturbing situation that happened. The beginning of the visit was great, I reserved 2 rooms for one night. Checkout is 11AM, and housekeeping let themselves into our rooms without knocking or announcing themselves around 9AM. Happened to my friend's room first and she warned me by text so I had the extra lock bolted inside so they weren't able to come all the way in my room, but they did make eye contact with my friend who had just gotten out of the shower and was getting dressed. This has never happened before. Her husband reported to the front desk and was told they would let management know. When I went to check out the lobby was full of guests and I was trying not to make a scene. The lady said she was writing a report and a manager would call and follow up with me. This never happened. A few days later I called corporate from a guest survey and reported the incident. I was then told it would be investigated. A few days later I got a ver generic email from the AGM Dawnna saying they are going to do their best to resolve the problem. I checked in the next week to see how they were taking care of things, and was told the manager spoke with housekeeping and "they don't recall that happening" and the matter was resolved. I asked for this to be escalated since it's a complete invasion of privacy, and spoke with Mike who told me I should have put the do not disturb sign on the door. Even if I had, they would have said they didn't see it, or it wasn't there. I have only had housekeeping come by before on visits with multiple night stays. Never 1 night. I asked if cameras were reviewed and she said that was up to hotel management to do. Pretty much told me oh well, nothing they can do about it. Mike also told me that since housekeeping didn't actually enter my room, that my friend needed to also call and report her experience. Completely disgusted with this being your "customer service" I was never given a call, I had to follow up with them. So nothing gets done because housekeeping claims it didn't happen. But my friend saw the employees face! And I know they tried coming in my room too. If I'm such a great customer, I would appreciate a real investigation and follow up. My friend called corporate and reported her story, and was told she might have to take "other avenues" to get this resolved since it has already been investigated.
