  Overpriced and unwilling to work with a loyal IHG guest - more than $440 for an unused one-night single room reservation for an IHG silver member. Highly recommend finding alternative lodging.

  We waited almost an hour for the shuttle to get from the airport to the hotel. We called 3 times and all we were told is we will contact the driver??? What about the first 2 calls? We had plans to go for dinner with family but had to cancel b/c we were stuck at the airport waiting for the shuttle. When we finally got picked up the driver didn't seem to care and the hotel desk upon check in could have cared less. We watched every other area hotel come pick up multiple times but not this one. If you book and need a shuttle I'd would not pick this one.

  The staff was great at responding to all my questions before my trip. I was disembarking from a cruise and the hotel had arranged a shuttle from the pier for a great price. My phone wasn't working properly but they found me anyway and brought me quickly to the hotel. I was even able to access their airport shuttle to get dropped at another nearby airport hotel where family was staying. The angle lake Link stop is nearby, allowing me to explore downtown Seattle easily. The breakfast was plentiful, tasty and filling. They even had sugar free pancake syrup. The coffee machine in the lobby is exceptional, grinding beans for each lovely big cup of coffee, 24/7. It also provides hot water for tea or cocoa, and it's nice and hot. Unlike most coffee machines that provide tepid coffee flavored water for tea. The staff has been very helpful, and the room clean and comfortable. Ice and guest laundry available. The only thing I was disappointed by, was no tub in the bathroom. I prefer baths but the shower worked well. The room seems like it might be converted for accessibility as the bathroom is huge and has a sensor to turn on the lights and fan. One thing I noticed that was different from Holiday Inns in Canada is no bin for recyclables in the room, which surprised me as its Seattle, after all. If you don't like the sound of airplanes night and day, this is not the airport hotel for you, but I wasn't bothered.

  This hotel met every need. I planned travel for a family Alaskan cruise. This hotel has a complementary airport and local shuttle. The hotel can assist you with scheduling a shuttle to the cruise port for an additional price. The rooms were clean. The hotel was well kept and didn't look rundown. Breakfast was decent and got the job done.

  A bit of a cluster trying to get transportation from the airport to the hotel - although we called it was about an hour we waited for a shuttle. The staff was difficult to understand and when we arrived at the hotel, we were placed in a different room which had the handicapped shower and that was a nightmare because taking a shower meant water everywhere and quite a hazard as the floor was wet everywhere and we had to use our towels to avoid slipping and falling.
