  Very clean, friendly staff, pool and spa open 24/7. General manager bakes cookies daily for the guests. And there are these really cute horseshoe benches out front. Liked it enough that we stayed there on our way back too. Plus there is this little place next door that has really good food.

  Ritzville WA is the halfway point of an 800 mile journey my wife and I make every couple of years. This is by far the best hotel in the area. It is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a step above the usual with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fresh waffles, and more. The tvs are modern with directTV. No streaming services. Heat and AC make it nice any time of year. There's also a pool and workout room.

  This was the best Motel I have ever had the privilege to stay in. So hospitable and clean. Real breakfast in the morning ☕🌄. A travelers blessing sitting on the open Bible in our room really blessed me! Thank you Best Western 🙏 our 🐕🐕 loved it too!

  This may be the best kept secret in the state. Ritzville! Small town, few places to stay, right? WRONG! The Bronco Inn is the best hotel we have stayed at in years, and we travel quite a bit. Immediately upon entering we encountered the desk clerk, in suit and tie, and as welcoming and helpful as he was professional. The lobby was decorated to celebrate the 250th anniversary of our country and was just awesome. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Everything worked, toiletries were stocked in the shower and dressing area, heater was quiet and easy to adjust, pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was filling and tasty. I tried to find fault, and all I could come up with was no flavored coffee creamer. That's really petty, but that's how good this place is. Dog friendly with nice pet area, easy access to fuel, food and the main freeway, immaculate grounds , great parking for all size vehicles. I've picked apart other places, but this hotel deserves a AAA+++ rating.

  I can’t give this place enough five stars! This was a stopover for us between Couer d’Alene and Seattle. Seriously, you cannot find better service, cleanliness, food, and atmosphere! This is what hotels in the day used to be. The staff was extremely attentive, and you could tell how much care was put into every decision and interaction. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is the perfect one!
