The property is clean and inviting, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere makes it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. What makes this hotel special is the staff. It’s the little things, like a friendly greeting, helpful service, and attention to detail, that make a difference. The breakfast is a nice bonus, too! A wonderful example of small-town hospitality. Best hotel stay I’ve had in recent memory! Our upstairs room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy and the shower had great water pressure. The place was surprisingly quiet and I actually got to sleep in late for once on the road. Free continental breakfast in the morning with TONS of options, and even a waffle maker! The staff & management were super friendly, helpful and got us a great room at the last minute. I also enjoyed the quiet and cute old western vibes in downtown Ritzville. I’ll definitely stay here the next time I pass through the Spokane area.
