  Roommate woke up with bug bites all over her body. We asked to be moved to a new room, and the new room wasn’t even stocked with basic items like body soap and hand soaps, let alone the huge window right by our bed has shades that only cover about half the window. Just a ridiculous experience and gross hotel

  We were really impressed at how clean and nice this hotel was for the price. It was by far the most cost effective option and it did not disappoint. The rooms were updated and the staff did a great job cleaning. The breakfast was the best breakfast I've been at. It was very clean and everything was full. The drive was not bad to downtown Seattle and it was centrally located. I liked that parking was included and very accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

  My deposit was never refunded because they told me there was dog fur in the room which I find ridiculous because that was part of the reason I booked there so I could bring my dog. They claim to be pet friendly but keep my deposit because there was dog fur in the room, of course there would be its spring and most dogs are shedding. The redheaded manager is very rude and un accommodating and refused to return my deposit. I will never again visit that location again. The should not be calling themselves pet friendly if dog fur is a problem and that manager has a terrible attitude and very rude and un friendly it would be in Best Westerns best interest to terminate her.

  If you want terrible customer service and the hotel staff to call the cops on you because I called best western customer service to clarify how to use a coupon, you should stay here! Thankfully I did not, after reading the newest reviews, I saw people complaining about terrible customer service, dirty beds with hair and blood in them, bed bugs and roaches. So thankful for bad service in this case. I’m done with best western and going to find a new hotel brand. Thanks for nothing best western, so glad to not be in a hotel after 3 hours of waiting for cops to come and customer service claim which will likely go nowhere due to best western claiming all hotels are privately owned. Which is funny, I don’t know which hotels are owned by the same people and with no help from best western, I guess I’m just done with the brand. Unfortunate since I’ve stayed at best westerns 15 times so far this year, 5 months in and just upgraded to diamond and was going to start being bonus points. Oh well. Customer service is gone since Covid I guess.
