  Great location, very comfortable beds. I love how dog friendly this hotel is. The pet area out front is a little small, but overall very nice stay.

  Do not book your stay here over the phone. I called and booked over the phone for a junior suite. When I arrived, they said I didn't have a reservation and proceeded to charge me a same day premium for a lesser room. I then found after that I did in fact have a reservation in the junior suite, and they did double charge me. But they couldn't find it when I arrived since they had misspelled my last name. They did end up refunding the room I didn't use, but only after I caught the double charge a couple of days later. Even still-- ultimately, I paid $100 extra for a lesser room due to the mistake, and I asked for that additional refund. There was no credit for that, and they said it "was not their fault" (even though it was their reservation line). The hotel is otherwise fine, but just book online and not over the phone. Lastly, it would have been not as bad to get the lesser room, but the King bed room has no fold out. Just a chair that is long for your legs to stretch out. So one of us was literally sleeping on the floor since their was 3 of us. We had planned for the nicer room we had booked and paid for.

  don't waste your money. $800 for 3 nights, found a bug in my bed, the TV doesn't work, no coffee pot in the room, bugs in the pool, don't stay at this hotel. personally I like the location but that's it. breakfast ends at 9 am and 10 am on weekends btw.

  Tuvimos muy mala experiencia, nuestra estadía fue de 6 noches , nos cambiaron dos veces de habitación, en dos de las habitaciones hubo fuga de agua, escurría agua una por las luz del baño y el otro escurrimiento por la luz de la entrada, ya no podía descansar en paz pensando en el riesgo que corríamos por fugas de agua y la luz eléctrica. De nuestra estadía solo un día hubo servicio de TV , hubo fallas en el servicio de internet. Por mi no le daba ni una estrella a este hotel

  By far the best holiday inn express I have stayed at! Clean rooms & clean common areas, comfortable beds, great showers, friendly staff, washer and dryer worked fantastic! Breakfast was delicious, especially the cinnamon rolls, & the whole area was kept clean and well stocked up! Our family really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return!
