  As retired military, I had a unique personal situation that arose. The duration of my stay was in a constant state of flux. The entire staff was the most wonderful folks that really did there very best to help out with room holds, and pricing. The breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are awesome. If you find yourself in a bind, are honest and talk to the staff, they will bend over backwards to help to the very best of there abilities. I would highly recommend this facility for any travel needs!

  10 out of five and 100 out of 5 for service. Such a delightful experience all around. And hands down the best whirlpool i have been in. They are very serious about your comfort here. Thanks Definitely stopping back another time

  Had to travel during "FIFA World Cup" time, but NOT in town for that reason, so most places had inflated pricing. Booked here instead of a few nearby properties due to competitive pricing and pleasantly surprised. Recently renovated. Happy with the sophistication of the coffee machine and the breakfast choices. As far as I could tell, the room itself was not renovated, but pillows were newer, which mattered! Recently stayed at a Hyatt Regency property in Florida where the pillows were smooshed to death, and the pillows at this property were a welcome relief. King room was pleasantly spacious! Booked a nonrefundable / prepaid rate, but wasn't charged until arrival, which I personally appreciated, although it is important to note that NR rates CAN be charged at any time and this was just my individual experience. I would absolutely stay here again. Exceeded expectations.

  No tv two nights in a row. TV remote was replaced after second attempt with new batteries. Garbage liners NOT IN WASTE BASKETS. Ripped couch with stains. Toilet handle had to be replaced, due to stretched out chain, and having to forcefully applying pressure to handle for Toilet to flush. Ugh! Manager didn't seem to alarmed. Almost acted as if I were the problem. Sad!
