- RWRose WilliamsSep 1, 20264.0We enjoyed our stay. They have an amazing bedding and there breakfast was good. The only real issue we had is there entertainment was outdated. We had a flat screen of course, but when you turn it on boom direct TV. Who uses direct TV anymore? Absolutely nothing to watch and around 100 channels. That really disappointed my kiddo. I highly recommend changing to streaming services, where people can use there own streaming services and be happy. That being said, your pillows are top tier. Would love to know the brand they are.

- GLGena LevanduskyAug 18, 20263.0Very average IHG stay. Pretty on par with a Holiday Inn. The room was fine. Clean, comfy beds. Mifi fridge worked as expected. Downside: although they advertise as pet friendly, the set up isn't very pet friendly. The dog relief area was small and unmaintained. It wasn't somewhere I really wanted to be walking. Lots of weeds, patches of dirt, and not a lot of actual grass in the actual relief area. Further, they clearly don't have staff checking the grounds. We found old breakfast food outside by the back patio grassy area. Old sausage links, half eaten chicken wing bones and more. Of course my dog was curious and tried to eat it. Lastly, on our way to breakfast we took the stairs and noticed a dog may have gotten excited at the bottom of the stairs. There was a small puddle of pee that someone had clearly already stepped in. I notified a man at the front desk. Came back 2 hours later and the pee was still there and now dried into the tile. It was gone by the end of the night. My kids also said the pool was very cold! They usually don't mind cool water and don't ever complain about it being to cold. On top of that, there is no hot tub. Probably won't stay here again unless absolutely have no other options. I will stay the location is okay. I had some feelings about it sharing a parking lot with a truck stop but it was fine and we didn't have any issues.
