The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the airport and conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and everything around Pasco. The hotel has that clean, familiar Holiday Inn feel. The branding is fresh, green, simple, and consistent, which makes it feel welcoming no matter what city you are in. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was exactly what you expect from Holiday Inn, and that is a good thing. Eggs, potatoes, bacon, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and coffee that tastes the same every time. It is easy, dependable, and hits the spot before starting the day. Free parking was also a nice bonus, especially with how central the hotel is. Overall, Holiday Inn Pasco is clean, convenient, comfortable, and dependable. A great option for business travel, airport stays, or anyone who wants an easy place close to everything.

But by far this is the premier hotel within their network for an affordable stay and clean room if you are a road warrior I highly recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful, again the rooms are clean and staff is always eager to help.

I had some things shipped to the hotel and the staff made sure they were set aside for me. One of my packages was delayed and they extended my check out time so I could be there when my package arrived. Room was clean and the rest of the hotel was also nice and tidy.
