- ASandrew straitMay 3, 20265.0A really hotel. Service was great and staff was friendly. Feyere Solomon was able to help us to extend additional night. Maintenance guy made temp repair to elevator button so guests could keep using elevator. All in all a great stay.

That is after I made a reservation 3 hours prior to my arrival, when I finally made it with my children i was told we were on a “do not stay” list for an “issue” that happened at our previous stay a MONTH AGO. Said issue was the front desk lady that was working at midnight was extremely rude just because we asked for a plunger at midnight and she was the only person working like that was our fault? We PAY a good amount of money to stay in a hotel and pay for amenities the least they could do is be courteous and respectful to their guests. Oh and Instead of calling me and telling me that I was not able to stay here Monica informed me that she knew from the moment I made my reservation at 6pm and to my arrival of 9:44pm she could not call to inform me we weren’t able to stay there and that the reservation was canceled.
