  Was advertised as having high speed internet in every room. Once we checked in there was no internet at all. Asked several times at the front desk. Kept being told that they contacted the carrier. Now another day has gone e by and still being told the same thing. Finally someone admitted that the internet does this all the time here. It is spotty at best So I was just being told a story that the front desk was probably told to tell the customers if they ask. I would haven’t booked a stay here if I knew that that didn’t have internet at all

  Muy mal el cuarto huele súper mal hay moscas dentro de la habitación, las camas mal nada agradable para descansar fue una mala decisión hospedarme acá el precio es muy elevado no lo vale definitivamente

  The accommodations were exactly as expected. The continental breakfast had the Belgian waffle maker and that is what sold me on this place over the other hotels in the area. Now Amber, the GM at the Long Beach WA location, was phenomenal. I had a accidentally made my reservation for the week after the day I had planned to arrive. Mind you I made this reservation thru a third party site and didn't opt for the cancelation protection. Now here I was in the lobby, 5 hrs from home with my family sitting in the car looking at having to pay for this hotel room twice. Amber was like 'hold my Redbull'. She got the phone with the third party, worked her magic and got my reservation moved to the correct date. Turning what could have been a miserable situation into a delightful stay and experience with my family. In a time where it seems like customer service has all but died, it was good to see that with Amber it is still alive and well. Definitely the hero of the weekend.

  The team at this Best Western are amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast had many choices and worked out great for my picky autism young adult son. I wish the tub had been a little wider but I know that not everything can always be perfect. Everything was clean and smelled good. The last thing I would say is that if you are used to firmer pillows you might want to bring your own as the pillows are very soft. All in All this is one of the best places I've ever stayed on a trip and we will definitely be back.

  Nice staff, acommodating for dogs clean, close to everyrhing on the strip of long beach,wa They also had a very simple but nice cleaning area for people to clean their clams out and possibly their fish is well. They have a nice, very full on breakfast. I'm pretty accommodating even if you have some diritary restrictions. They have fresh fruit and dry cereals.Oatmeals staff are very friendly and they offer deals that are pretty good right now
