- BVBon voyageSep 18, 20264.0Good location and great customer service. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast could be improved with better options, and the carpet in the hallways between the rooms is worn and could use replacement. With those updates, the hotel would be even better.
- CRChristopher RomanSep 16, 20265.0Awesome front desk service, the fresh baked cookies give it that 5 star touch. Great location, super clean parking lot and lobby, .
- CAChelsea AndersonSep 15, 20263.0The room was nice and clean and comfortable, staff was nice, and maybe this is on me, but I booked a room with a kitchenette so I could make food for my upcoming week, and I fell asleep before realizing that while the room had a "kitchen" area, it was completely empty of cooking things and no stove. So its a giant kitchen with just a fridge and a microwave. If you come here looking for (what i was expecting) the usual IHG kitchenette, it at least is not in the room I got. There is also only one washer and dryer, not free like at other locations I've been at, and the elevator areas are tiny, making it moderately difficult to get a luggage cart in and out of the elevators. Maybe I just needed different expectations of this particular line of hotels, I'd usually stayed at Staybridge ones, but I had thought there was a more standardized set of amenities for IHG across the board. Also when I used the app to filter for kitchenettes, this location came up. Again, most of this is on me for not doing my due diligence, but having a kitchenette suite you can't actually do anything with is wild to me.
- TFTigre FuegoSep 7, 20263.0The only thing is I never got the Wi-Fi to work and the TV didn't really work.
- JMJennifer McRaeSep 6, 20265.0We had a great stay! Everything was very clean, new, and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean, operating and great temperatures. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. The tv system is very complicated to use and only got about 6 channels but we were not too upset this trip because this was just an overnight stay. We will return in the future.
