- CWCarl Wiggin5 days ago3.0Everything was fine with no line for breakfast until we found the hot food empty, had to ask the front desk and although it came out reasonably quickly a bunch of people also came down and we lost our place and had to now wait for them to get their food. Bread and muffins were replenished last but we had already eaten our fill by then.

She has even gone beyond what most agents do and had a QR code for reviewsand a list of things to do in the area. 11/10 service. She made checking in a breeze and we had a good laugh while doing so. The room was clean, tidy, and fresh. The shower, toilet, bed, floor and hallway were all clean. The room even had a nice smell to it haha. 4/5 on location because the hotel is located next to a highway, but is what it is. I kicked on the A/C fan and didn't hear a thing. There's a gas station next door along with a Dennys. Express Suites seem to have the best price and quality overall. Would stay again.

I asked her for recommendations for restaurants in the area since it was my first trip to Seattle. She didn't steer me wrong. She wrote down all the names of the restaurants she recommended. I needed napkins and she promptly gave them to me. It was late at night and she went above and beyond with a smile on her face! I recommend this hotel because of the wonderful staff like Hadessa and the cleanliness was amazing.
