- DDD.3 days ago1.0No recommendation unless one enjoys really poor customer service, mid quality rooms, and traffic/trains serenading you all night. Positives: clean, comfortable beds, nice breakfast. Customer service made was so bad that I would never willingly stay here again.
- NMNaila MOct 6, 20265.0This is the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed in. It feels more high-end and the pride of ownership is very apparent. The lobby was decorated for the fall season, everything was extremely clean, and the service from Hadessa was top notch. I appreciated the water bottle and cookies as a member thank- you. I also liked that the pillows had labels on the cases for firm and soft. The Costa coffee machines were a step above the regular lobby coffee carafes, and breakfast was tidy and appetizing with lots of options. We will definitely be back!

You can tell someone put some thought into the guest experience by leaving ear plugs on the night stand, by bundling the shower curtain into the bath handrails, and keeping the common areas uncluttered. The hotel is self aware and doesn’t pretend to be a 5-stars resort. There is a sense of pride for representing the no-frills hospitality this brand is known for.

My family was very comfortable and they offered quite a few options for make the stay comfortable. I stayed for one night, but wish I could stay a little longer. The place is quite accessible to quick needs.
