- DRDylon Ridenour3 days ago5.0We came up for our daughter's dance competition and after hours of driving and dancing on Saturday we came back to the hotel and decided to doordash dinner. The place we doordashed from forgot a bunch of things so we asked Hadessa at the front desk if they had some of the things we needed. Got one of the things but unfortunately she said she couldn't find straws for our drinks. Headed back upstairs and got a call from the desk. She said she found some and will bring them right up. Customer service at its finest. Thank you for making our trip a little less stressful.

- BNBonnie NewmanMay 11, 20262.0The building is located near a highway and major road, so there is a lot of traffic and noise. The building lobby, halls and room all smell heavily of perfumed products. The room is big and bathroom clean. I like IHG generally, but I won't return to this location.
- MMMdlzMay 3, 20261.0Location is sketchy. Dirty place. And really really stinky rooms. And sticky carpets/ floors. If you want to stay somewhere that smells like wet carpet and musty air this is your place. All requests were met with an unfriendly and annoyed attitude. Comments such as: “There’s nothing we can do about it at this time” “we can check back on you tomorrow to see if it’s still a problem” and “all we can do right now is hang up a sign saying this doesn’t work (in regard to their public printer), were all said. This is definitely not a 3.5 star hotel!
- NRNeehat RzayevApr 24, 20265.0At first i left one star review because my business plans were completely ruined because of the deposit situation at this hotel.I have been told (by IHG staff through text messages)that my deposit will be back to my card in 30 days,which caused confusion for me.For a person who planed to stay at least twice a week at this hotel during a month or two ,30 days deposit return was a dealbreaker.After posting my negative review they returned my deposit the same or the next day.Which i appreciate,so i thought it will be only fair to mention it here.Other than that situation with deposit everything was just fine.I liked my room even though i had to leave the same night around 10 pm.Thank you for solving problems quickly.IHG is the business i trust!
